I was getting ready for our Ballroom Dance on Central Park. Yup you heard it right, Central park! We will surround the big fountain there, where we would dance. I wore my 4 inch black heels and wore the Red Backless dress that I bought from F21 yesterday. Suddenly I heard a knock from the door.
"Come in!"
"Sweetie, there's a guy waiting for you outside." Hmm? is it Clark?? or what?
The guy was shouting "AC" So without further a do I peeked out the window and saw Pepen, he was with his skateboard and he was wearing his slax and suit, he looked half angelic and half bad ass.
"Oh Mom, he's my boyfriend!" I exclaimed..
"What?!?! your boyfriend?" She said, her eyes were full in shock.
"Yes, let's meet him shall we?" I said...
So we went downstairs, mom was still shocked so she didn't utter a word. I opened the door. He surprisingly smacked me. Woah! Improving...
"Hi Sweetie Pattotie" What did he said? sweetie pattotie? He's so weird!
"Hello Patootsky" Of course I had to make a nickname as well.
"Come in young man" Mom said...
Pepen walked inside grabbed my hand, and yup we were holding hands. So cute! We went to the living room to sit in the sofa. Everyone was there. Mom, Dad and my Brother Richard.
"So your my lil sis' boyfriend"
He smiled at my brother and said "Hell yeah I am" he said while doing gun signs and winks.
What the hell is he saying? does he know "HELL" in our house means evil, demons and shit! ugh.. he's being a bastard again! How can I marry this guy? Didn't I tell him that our family is religious.
"What my boyfriend meant was is that he is going through hell up to heaven just to be with me forever."
"Yeah!" he said, ugh! he's such a jerk!
"Well uhmm mom before we leave, this is my boyfriend Stephen Nicholas Gray."
"Gray?"
"Yes dad" why is he asking about gray?
"Are you honey---- I meant Rosetta Collins' son?"
"Yes I am" Pepen nodded and paused "Are you honey bear?"
Whaaaat??? this thing is going so fast! Is Pepen's mom Honey bee? whaaaaat!
"Yes, I'm honey bear"
"Most of mom's treasure chest and her love stories is about honey bear, and I can't believe you almost became my father"
What the hell pepen? I elbowed him! If Rosetta and my dad got married, I'm not even born!
"Oh, Nice to hear about her again!"
And mom walked out of the living room and started crying. So I followed her.
"Mom its okay!"
Her cry got louder "No! its not okay! It was never okay, 26 years of marriage! 2 decades and 6 years. But Honey Bee is still in your dad's heart. I can never replace honey bee."
I remembered dad's love scrapbook, the cover says "Honey Bee & Honey Bear are going to love forever" Rosetta, Pepen's mom. Got pregnant by his Pepen's Dad Robertson at the age of 16. They were forced to get married because of the incident. Honey Bee and Honey Bear was then part of the past/history.
"Mom, your the wife! and Honey Bee? well she's in the history!" I exclaimed...
She still cried...
"Ac! Your going to be late, you and your boyfriend Stephen should leave by now" Dad said...
So I was forced to leave mom even if she's too sad to accept the situation.
