"Come in!" I shouted...
"You seemed sad these days..." he sat down beside me in the bed.
"Hmm" I faked a smile...
"Are you being worried with the love deadline?" he raised an eyebrow
Love deadline? which means either get married or be a nun.
"Don't follow mom and dad and follow your heart! I know that you love Stephen. And you should fight for him. Not like me... I didn't fight my love for Vanessa and every single day I regret that moment I became weak and overpowered by mom and dad." he patted my back and started to hug me.
"Thanks Rich!" I said.
Rich! Ac! Dinnertime!
We sat on the dining area and started getting our meals. And prayed.
"Ac, aren't you going to organize your birthday party? you've been waiting for your 18th birthday party all your kid life and now this is the month that you'll be 18 isn't that fun?" mom said happily...
"I'll organize it mom! thanks for reminding me" I faked a smile..
"Why the long face?" mom said...
And before I said a word, Dad said..."Honey! Maybe your daughter doesn't want to be 18" he said..
"And what's the reason, young lady?"
"Because that's the deadline of my teenage years. Its the year I get transferred to the convent? I never found my true love" I said to mom about to cry...
"What? you have a boyfriend right? aren't the both of you getting married?" she said confused..
"Mom, he's not my boyfriend. I payed him to be my boyfriend for me to not be part of the convent." I told her shamefully. "I'm sorry mom!"
"No, its okay I understand! but your still going to the convent. Unless a miracle happens." she said.
