Chapter 4 - The Protector

I was able to finish all the chores Sebastian told me.. I decided to pay a visit on Young Lord so that I can tell him I'm going out to do my personal stuff..
I knocked on his study room..
"Come in.", he said.
"Good day, young Lord..", I greeted him..
"(y/n), what brings you here?", he asked without looking at me..
"Young Lord, I was able to finish all my chores early.. I just wanna ask if I can go to the town? For my... my personal stuff?", I asked him nervously.. Though Sebastian already told me I can go out for today, still, if young Lord declines it, I will not be able to..
"I know about that.. Sebastian requested that one from me.. You may go.. But be back before dinner.", he said as he waved his hand telling me to go..
"Thank you, young Lord.", I said as I bowed..

I changed my clothes.. Lizzy gave me some clothes to wear.. I wear my (f/c) dress.. A simple dress..  I get out of my room then headed to the kitchen first. I decided to take some foods with me.. But I saw Baldroy still cleaning the kitchen with such a mess..
"What happened here?", Baldroy looked at me with a puppy eye..
"The usual thing. I was not able to cook what Sebastian told me without making such mess.", I looked around after he said that..
"Okay. I think I'll be helping you to clean the kitchen before I do my stuff.", I placed my bag on the table.
Im about to get some cleaning stuff when all of a sudden, someone came in from the window..
"Baasssyyy..", he said.
"Excuse me? Who are you looking for?", I asked but he looked at me from head to toe..
"You're new here, aren't you?" I come closer to him.
"Its not right to answer a question with another question.", I told him that made him a bit mad..
"You're something... Well I am looking for Sebastian. Where is he?", he said.
"We are not sure. He might be checking Finny at the garden. You can try to look for him there.", He nodded and said, "You have a such beautiful soul.." Then he went out on the same window where he get in.

--time skip..

You went to the town right after you helped Baldroy at the kitchen. You are not sure what are you looking for and where will you start. You looked at the book and remember what your parents wrote at the letter,

It will open on the right time. On the right hands. It will happen on the time you're least expecting it.. When that time happen, keep close with that being. That being will be the only one who will be able to help you go through. That will help you understand how lucky you are..

Lucky? That's the word that you are not believing. If you are lucky, all those bad things shoudn't happen to you or to your family, that's how you think of it.

You continue walking at the street with the book on your hands placed near your heart. Hoping that something will happen and it will let you know that you find the being you are looking for.

You walked near an alley. It reminded you that it's the place where you met Lizzy. It made you smile. Then you saw a gruop of men heading towards you. Since you are not aware of many bad people on London street, it never cross your mind. You continue walking on that alley and when you passed the group of men, you were dragged and pushed on the wall.

"So what do we have here? A lovely lady walking on this alley, alone.", one man said while pushing you harder on the wall.
"P--pplease let me go.", you said with a small voice. This is the first time you feel so afraid. Tears run down your face.
"No..no..no.. Dont cry, my lady. We just want to have fun with you. And we will make this quick.", the other man said while moving his hands on your right leg.
"Please...stop..", that's the only words you can say.. Your voice is shivering cause of your fear..
"My..my..my... You're even lovelier when you plead.", the third man said as he's about the touch you as well.
"Help!!", you shouted loud out hoping someone might hear to help you..
"Sorry dear... No one will be coming to help you." you cried helplessly.
