It was mid September and the leaves had started to plummet to the ground. The cold wind brushes against my cheek leaving me in shivers. Class had just finished and i was walking to the court yard to meet up with some people in my group project. I really hate group projects, especially with people i didn't know. We only had group messages about the project until some one decided to meet up once a week, because they hated the group messages. I finally got to the table and realize i was really early. I got out my text book and decide to get some studying done. A voice interrupts my thoughts, " Is this seat taken?" a tall beautiful girl standing over me. " uh no go ahead and sit" admiring her beauty. Her long beautiful brown hair falls below her shoulders as she reaches out of her bag to get a text book. "so where are you from?" as she struggles getting another text book out of her bag. " I'm from Texas. I'm only here for college". she finally pulls out her calculus textbook. She must be really smart, math alone is hard enough but taking calculus is crazy hard. " That's nice, I'm from Missouri. I'm studying to become a surgeon. My name is Maxine by the way". The sunlight hitting her marble brown eyes. I never seen brown eyes look that beautiful in my life before. " Hello, is anyone home?" as she nudges me away from my thoughts." That's awesome, I'm studying in early childhood education and My name is Danielle". I wanted to stay looking at her forever capturing all her beauty. I quickly looked away and finishing up what i was reading. My phone pings, opening up my message, i cant make it today, texted from a couple of people from the group project. I replied i guess we can all meet up some other time. I let out a prodigious sigh. " Is everything ok?" as she notice that I was pretty agitated. " yeah I'm okay, a lot of people cancelled from meeting up today, so now I'm free for the day". I started to pack up my bag when she immediately asked " Want to go get a cup of coffee? I don't have any friends and you seem like a really cool person". My thoughts hesitated since i didn't know her very well, although my mouth blurted out " sure that would be great".
