(Zendaya's pov )

"Okay guys, we are going to shoot in New York for three months , we have 2 houses for free, so pick up your roommates!" The producer yelled.

I was really excited, this was my first movie not as a Disney kid actress. It gave me a whole new big opportunity and a new turn in my life.

"Zendaya?" I jumped in my place and snapped out of my daze
. "Pick your roommates" he repeated, I nodded and went to look for Laura

. "Laura wanna be roommates?" I asked and gave her a shy smile, I barely knew my cast mates but she seemed nice

. "Already with Jacob and toni" I nodded sadly and turned around.

"Wait who's left?" I asked kinda tensed, the last thing I want is to buy an apartment by my self.

"The guy who plays spiderman, I think it's tom." Laura said nicely but it seemed like she didn't really care. I started to head over his trailer, and with each step I got more nervous

. I knocked 3 knocks, and the door opened to the sight of a short guy with only boxers, eating a half pizza

. "What?" He asked and stroked his curls. "We need to pick roommates, we're the only people who's left so we are roommates right?" He didn't gave me an answer so I raised my eyebrows one time

"uh yeah whatever" and the door slammed in my face. I guess he's just really nervous, he has the leading part in the movie.

"Wow nice apartment " I said to tom who wasn't paying attention at all. "Yeah it seems cool" he answered and gave me a small smile.
After 5 hours of unpacking and organizing the apartment by myself I got out of my room and looked over at tom, he sat on the couch with his legs crossed and it seemed his eyes were on a whole different world. He took deep breathes and drank a hot chocolate he held in his hand while his other hand held thick papers.

I came over to him and sat by his side, Suddenly he looked over at me and put his drink down. "I'm sorry I acted like a total bitch earlier, I'm just stressed that all" I nodded and gave him a smile "its fine". he smiled back.

It's been two weeks since we moved to our apartments in New York. Tom didn't help at all these weeks, I always cleaned organized and took care of our apartment by my own, it made me a bit pissed tho.

I just finished shopping and headed back to our place. Tom is supposed to wash the dishes but I doubt he actually did it.

I walked in to the sight of a messier house than ever, and the dishes were of course in the sink,
dirty.

"Tom!" I yelled pissed as ever and he ran over to me "look i-" he started to say but I cut him off.

"save it! You promised you'll do it one time! Yes one time! After all these weeks Of doing it by myself and you didn't even ask if I needed help. It's hard to handle this you know" I said angrily and sadly.

He shook his head with an angry look "you don't understand how stressful it is to be the rule of the leader-"

"Stop using it as an excuse! I worked with many people and it didn't stop them from helping other people" he sighed and rolled his eyes

"I actually started to see you as a nice person who takes responsibility but forget it"

Suddenly his eyes went wide and the angry look on his face dropped and became a sad one.

I completely lost it and just bursted in tears and crushed on the sofa. I hopped to get along with my cast mates but it feels like it's the exact opposite. Suddenly I felt a touch on my shoulder and opened my teary eyes to face tom who was next to me, he smiled weakly and rubbed my back "sorry" were the only words he said.

"Why you act like this?" I asked softly

"Oh you don't wanna know" he said while laughing awkwardly

"Yes I do"

"No" he fired

"You owe me this answer after everything you've done"

"Okay fine" he sighed

"So why did you?" I asked while raising my eyebrows

"I um uh like you okay. I dont know what to do when I like girls so i pretend to hate them. It doesn't make any sense but I hope-"

I leaned in until I felt our lips touch, it was a soft powerful kiss. He kissed me back and slowly cupped my cheeks In his hands, I felt his smile on my lips. I slowly pulled away and opened my eyes to the sight of a surprised guy.

there was the guy I hated a few weeks earlier. But now I'm pretty sure it got a lot more interesting.

Hiya ! It's me like a year after this book has been written.

I read my first chapters all over again and let me just say it gets better.

my other stories are way better than this.
By the chapters I improvised and became a better version of myself, I was just a beginner while writing this book.

The only reason I'm not deleting this story is because some people seem to enjoy it so—
