Sun light filter through her venetian blinds causing strips of light to shine on the pale charcoal, shaggy rug that poked out from underneath the twin sized bed. White fairy lights were intertwined around the head board of the bed, the legs of her corner desk and the alcove between the walls and ceiling. Pillows were piled up on the bed and scattered over the floor as were her blankets. Her room had white walls, white furniture and white bedding which made the dark abyss of wood much more striking. She had grey fluffy blankets and rug, and scattered throughout her room were small accents of green. She lay there peaceful in a deep deep sleep, her raven hair spread out upon the masses of pillows, her hair just like her room caused a beautiful contrast between her pale skin. Up close you could see the light dusting of freckles a purple hue under her eyes, her lips were ruby red and set into a pretty pout.
Her slumber was cut too short when the irritating sound of her alarm came to life, jarring her awake. Groaning she turned it off, rubbed her eyes and jumped out of bed before she was tempted to fall back asleep. She walked over to her window and pulled the blinds up causing light to rush into the room making her flinch. She swiftly unlocked the window that connected her to the hustle and bustle of the outside world and grabbed a pack of cigarettes and a lighter. Leaning on the glass that prevented her from falling into the masses of people below she tapped a cigarette out of the pack and lit it. She didn't like smoking. She hated it, she tried to quit many many times but obviously that never worked. It was a stress relief and frankly she got stressed a lot, but today she was less stressed as this was the last week of the term, then she and her brothers could go back to San Francisco to see her father. As she took a drag from her cigarette she listened to the chaos of the London streets down below, car horns, people shouting, and people rushing to work, it felt odd to be so calm when the world was full of chaos and stress.
She put out the stick of lung cancer and returned inside grabbing her towel and entering her bathroom that she shared with her twin brother Lucas. She took her time in the shower knowing she had time to spare. It was 6 am after all. She turned the shower on and let it warm up as she stripped off her pyjama shorts and tank top. She stepped under the luke warm water and moaned at how it felt on her sticky skin, there was a heat wave her in England which made it hard for her to sleep at night and function in the day. She turned the water off and wrapped her towel around her, before running down stairs to turn the kettle on for her and her 5 older brothers. They each had customised cups, stating their names in beautiful golden cursive writing.
First was Logan, he was 26 and was looking after all his younger siblings whilst in England. Most of her brothers looked relativity similar to each other and their father, with the only major difference being the hair as they all wore it differently, they were also pretty bulked up but you would have to be in that line of work. Logan looked exactly like their father from when he was younger, with light brown curly hair cut short at the sides so the curls sat on top of his head and light tan skin with hazel eyes, he also had a 5 o clock shadow. Then there was Lawrence he was 24, he had some of their mothers features only these were mostly over shadowed by their fathers, like his freckles you couldn't see them unless you looked really closely as his tan skin camouflaged them. Lawrence wore his hair so that it was slightly shaggy. Lee was 23 his hair was similar to Logan's only slightly longer on the top which made the curls look more like waves. Levi was 19 and had his hair shorter on the sides with his curls falling this way and that as he would always run his hands through it. he also wore thickly framed glasses and was slightly less bulked yup as the rest of the brothers were as he spent most of his time with his nose in a comic book, he was basically a huge massive nerd, but he an Lillian would go to the comic book store for hours and hours, they would play Dungeons and Dragons for hours too. Her twin brother Lucas didn't look like their other brothers he had straight black hair, he had his mothers pale skin and emerald green eyes with a light dusting of freckles over his nose. The twins, Lucas and Lillian were 15 with Lucas being older by 6 minutes, and he will never let her forget that. When the twins were younger there parents would often get them confused and dress Lillianna as Lucas and Lucas as Lillianna, their brothers found it hilarious. Even now they still look practically identical.
