Singing

Virgil's POV

"Come on Virgil! You don't have to sing we just want to hang out with you!" Patton basically whines trying to get me to come with them. I mean I could go I don't have to sing Patton wouldn't let anyone make me do something I don't want to do. I sigh and give him a tinny nod and get up off my bed. He smiles brightly at me and drags me out of y room before I could change my mind. "See I told you he wouldn't come-" Roman starts before seeing me behind Patton. Thomas gives me a smile, Logan looks a little happy to see me coming, Patton is still bouncing with excitement, and Roman look's at me with an unreadable expression. "Well lets go!" Patton yells and run's dragging me with him. The others laugh but run to catch up.

"Alright Thomas you go first!" Roman yells and shoves him to the stage while the rest of us sit down. Thomas gives him a playful glare before choosing the song "Everyone is Gay" by A Great Big World and sings along all the way before bowing to us as we clap. "Best song ever Thomas." Roman tells him while laughing a little. Thomas shoves him gently on the shoulder. "Hey Logan your up." Thomas tells him before sitting down on the bench. I offer him a water which he gladly excepted with a smile and a small "thank you". We wait till Logan picks a song which I'm not surprised  at what he chose he can rap good. Logan chose the song called "Rap God" by Eminem. I'm surprised by that I didn't think he would continue to listening to him. "Logan I didn't think you would continue listening to him." I tell him surprised. "I liked his music and continued to listen to him." He tells he kindly. " Logan can rap!?! Since when?! " Patton yells while staring at logan like he was the coolest person in the world. Thomas and Roman laugh at Patton who looks confused while Logan is a blushing mess. I putt my hand over my mouth to quite my snickering. Logan glares at me before telling Patton that if was his turn. Patton choose a song called "We are Family" by Sister Sledge & Jade. Though in the song it would say sisters he would over power the word sisters and would say brothers. Though we are not really family we act like it. "Hey Patt why that song?" Thomas asked patt as he sat down. Before Patton could say anything I beat him two it. "One, cause he loves that song. Two, cause he thinks of us as a big family." I tell him and give Patton a cookie which he gladly takes. "Also I told him I would give him a cookie if he sang it." I add quietly as I feel Logan give me a odd stair when I have him a cookie. "Four oup froman (Your up Roman)" Patton said around his cookie. Roman got up and choose the perfect song called "Counting Stars" by OneRepublic, and me being a fan started to nod my head and hum quietly. "Virgil do you want to sing?" Roman asks me once we stopped clapping . I froze at the thought. What if they thought I was bad, and made fun of me or- I push all of those thoughts to the side and nod my head yes vary slowly. "You don't have to if you don't want to." Roman tells me gently as he say me be hesitant. " No! I -I want t-to. I'm just nervous. " I tell he quickly who modes his head and have me a smile. I go up on stage i chose a song i know by heart " Control" by Halsey. I start to sing and keep my eyes closed all the way till the end and slowly open my eyes and see everyone shocked. "You have a beautiful voice Virgil!" Patton tells me as Logan and Thomas nod with the statement. I look at Roman scared slightly till I see the most fondest smile i have ever seen. "Virgi you should sing more often." He tells me softly as he walks up to me . I look away blushing. I've had a crush on Roman since I met him. "Hey Virgil want to go on a date with me tomorrow?" He asks me softly as he grabs my chin to make me look at him. I nod my head and avert my eyes as I feel my face get warmer. He smiles at me before walking away. I am so looking forward for tomorrow.
