Day: 24

This cell is so damn boring. There is nothing to do, nobody to talk to, and everyone hates me here anyway.

"Another day in this Hellacious place," I said, marking another tally on the stone wall.

A loud bang on the metal door caught my attention.

"We are going to be back. God needs us for a moment. Don't try any funny business, Fallen," my guard, Seth, told me. He wasn't that bad of an Angel, we has talked a few times while I had been here.

"Alright."

Sighing, I laid down and thought about Adeleida. I miss her so much and I hope they didn't punish her for this. She did not deserve to be punished, this whole ordeal was my fault anyway. I love her with my whole being but I do not deserve her, she is so pure, happy, and angelic while I'm a Fallen. She deserves better and I hope that she finds someone else to love, someone being an Angel that will treat her better than I ever could.

"Ash?" I heard a soft, feminine voice whisper, pulling me away from my thoughts.

I furrowed my eyebrows, "Who are you?"

The girl scoffed at me, "I would hope you had learned your own girlfriend's voice already, twat."

No. There is no way, it can't be.

"Adeleida?"

"Hello, my love. The boys are here as well."

"What? H-How?"

"There is not time for that," I heard Calum say, "Are you near the door?"

"No," I answered,"I am in the furthest corner away from it."

"Good, stay there. Do not come near the door no matter what." Adeleida told me.

Before I had time to reply a small, fiery red hand print appeared on the door and it busted open. What the hell? I was quickly enveloped in a hug and soft lips pressed themselves to mine. Adeleida. I responded to her kiss but too soon pulled away.

"What are y- Oh, shit. Babe, your wings. They-They're completely black."

"Yeah, I know. It isn't a big deal. I haven't completely Fallen yet because I haven't left, I can still make them appear white. There isn't any time to talk; the boys and I will explain everything once we are put but we need to leave now before Seth returns."

I nodded and followed her out of the cell. Luke, Michael, and Calum were all waiting outside and they quickly hugged me when they saw that I was alright.

"We missed you, mate," Michael told me, clapping me on the back," Now let's get you out of here."

With those words, we ran.
