Story Idea :
"You need to stop lying!" The latter looked your way, tears brimming in the corner of his eyes. "Heck Y/n! You make me seem like the bad guy! It's not my fault my life became this way!"
You gulped the lump in your throat, pulling back your tears. "The hell (characters name)! You wouldn't be in this situation if you had just let me help you!" He shook his head, clutching his head.
"You could never help someone on the break of death like I am!" He shouted back, running off. You clenched your fists tightly, nail marks digging deeply into your skin, drawing blood.
You looked up, chasing after the male. You couldn't believe him. He's been lying to you all these years, spilling out the words of 'I'm okey'. When inside he's been screaming. 'Help!'.
You can't believe him.
What happens when you find out your best friend had been lying about him always being okey. That nothing ever hurts.
When in reality, he's dying. Dying because of a disease.
Can you help him...
Or...
Will he die?
