Story Idea:

The small Kitty purred it's way to you, making you laugh.

You wanted to see what else it could do, but it turned the corner out of sight. So you followed it to the next aisle of the store.

It purred and meowed a song with every step it took, rolling around and under shelves before popping up on the other side with a huff.

Everywhere it went, you followed. Until finally the little cat went back to where the owner sat behind the cash register.

Bored, you went back to where you had last been to ask your mother when you will leave with her.

She wasn't there.

You looked around. Your mother wasn't anywhere.

Panic seeps through and into your skin, bringing visions of her never seeing her mother or her father or her brother ever again.

Tears welled up, but you wouldn't let them fall. Your brother always told her tears just wasted water her brain might need.

Just as she was about to waste tears anyways, (characters name) tore around the corner and stopped, out of breath.

"There you are! We've been looking everywhere. Don't wander off, Y/n~"

He scooped her up, and she held tight to his neck. You realized your panic was silly, because you never had to be afraid of getting lost.

Your brother would always find you.

What happens when you grew up in a house full of lies?

Your whole life was nothing but a lie.

Your loving brother ending up being your step whilst your step parents sweetening your ears with lies about being your real parents.

What happens when you find out the truth of the death of your parents?

That you had been adopted into a family of lies?

People who take in kids and tell lies about their parents.
