Toya:
"How long this gonna take?" Toya said.
The man of my dreams now my husband and the father of my kids is in the surgery room fighting for his life for what? Rashawn and Lamar will pay for this. They officially ruined my wedding day. I can't believe this. Let me calm down. I can't have a panic attack right now. I got to be strong for my kids and Lance.
Chris:
Damn man my homie in there fighting for his life. I can't believe this. Those fool had got to pay for this. Chris walked over to Toya.
"Hey ma you ok?"
"Chris I don't know what to be. This was suppose to be the happiest day of my life but yet I'm in my wedding dress with blood all over it praying my husband makes it."
"I know baby girl. I totally get it. But we gonna be ok. I know it don't seems that way right now. But trust me. He's a hard fighter and he loves you and those babies. He's gonna fight. I'll be back I had Alexis checked out being she's pregnant and all."
"Ok." Toya said.
Chris walks over to the nurses station.
"Excuse me maam. I want to check on my wife. Alexis Brown."
"Ok Mr Brown follow me."
Chris followed the nurse to room where his wife was laying in bed.
"I'll leave you two alone." the nurse said.
"Alexis baby how you feeling?"
"I'm ok baby. The doctor said the baby is fine and we will be able to go home. How's Toya?"
"Man she is trying so hard to be strong. I really hope Lance will be ok."
"He will baby don't worry."
"I know. Look I called and had Steve bring all of us some change of clothes so they should be up in a minute."
"Ok babes."
"I love you." Chris said.
"I love you too." Alexis said.
Toya:
"Where's the doctor? Come on come on. I need to know what's going on."
The doctor came out and Toya stood up quickly.
"Doc how's my husband?"
"Mrs Harvey the bullet was lodged in between his lungs. We did remove it. He also lost a lot of blood. He will definitely need a blood transfusion. Are you willing to sign the papers?"
"Don't question me yes I will."
"Ok well let's take some blood from you to see if you are a match for him."
She followed the doctor to the back to draw some blood.
Rashawn:
"Damn fool why did this happen like this? We were not suppose to shoot anyone."
