(slightly inappropriate...)
As Susie stretched and rolled over in her bed she found the other side empty. She didn't think much of it, instead she stretched her limbs further until she felt satisfied.
A bubbling in her stomach confused her. It wasn't a hungry feeling. She still wondered about the feeling she got yesterday when she was on Johnny's lap. Her body felt like it was on fire, what did it all mean?
Susie jumped out of bed and made her way to the living room where the house phone was hanging. She still knew Macy's number by heart, the phone rang once and Macy's bubbly voice flowed over the line.
"Hi Macy!", Susie was worried she would be angry at her for taking so long to call her, but it had honestly slipped her mind.
"Susie!", Macy gasped and the two girls began screaming.
"I've missed you sooo much! How come you haven't called?", Macy was Susie's best friend since the second grade but her parents rarely let her go to her house because they thought she was a bad influence. Susie tried to persuade her to smoke less but Macy insisted on it. Susie wasn't really sure if she smoke because she "needed" too or because she thought it gave her a tough image.
"I'm sorry, I've just been trying to get used to my new life", Susie mumbled, hoping she would forgive her.
"Aw, I understand.. So hows that hot uncle of yours!", Susie gasped in surprise.
"How do you know he's hot?, i- i mean what?", She couldn't help the blush that was rising on her cheeks.
"I rode by your house the night you were leaving and saw him loading his car with your stuff", Macy smirked on the other line.
"How come you didn't stop", Susie mumble off to herself.
"I wasn't driving, i was with a couple of friends and we were going out that night, i would have never guessed he was your uncle or that you were moving!", Macy always rushed her words together.
" When i showed up to Margret's the next day she told me about your leaving", Macy sighed, brushing off that night and going back to her favorite topic. Boys... or rather men.
"So... you think he's hot too", Macy teased Susie again.
"Shh!, No what? why would i?, gross!", Susie knew that Macy would see through her lies, but it was worth a shot.
"I know he's not really your uncle, so don't get all pretend weird-ed out on me", Macy knew a lot more than Susie thought.
"You know since he's your step-uncle or whatever and isn't even blood related, you could totally get with him", Susie's ears were beginning to turn pink at the thought, she still wasn't sure what the feeling her body had when she was around him meant.
"I- i", Susie looked around the living room and listened for any chance of Johnny appearing. "I get this weird tingling", Susie rushed out and bit her lip, anxious that she was telling a dark secret.
"Where?", Macy's voice held a knowing tone.
".....Between my legs", Susie whispered, her legs started to clench just thinking about it.
"Oh my gosh! You are so growing up! Finally.", Macy seemed proud of her but it just confused Susie even more.
"Susie?", Johnny snapped Susie out of her daydreaming, Macy held the phone closer to her ear so she could hear their conversation.
"Uh-yeah?", Susie felt like she had been caught skipping class by a teacher.
"Who are you talking too?", Johnny couldn't help but feel anxious that Susie was calling Margret to pick her up and take her away from her dirty uncle.
"Macy!, I just called to see how things were doing.... OH! and how's Bubbles!", Susie returned to her conversation now that she remembered her furry friend.
"He's fine, Margret let me take care of her while you were gone because she was afraid she would forget to feed her and she'd starve to death", Macy giggled on the other line.
Johnny was in the kitchen as Susie finished up with her conversation, asking Macy to tell Margret she said hello and that she missed her very much, and she very much like her cat back.
Macy agreed to help figure out a way to send Bubbles to her and said good bye.
"....Your not ready to go home yet are you?", Johnny joked but his voice was nervous as Susie entered the kitchen.
"Home?, I'm already home silly", Susie giggled and admired the facial hair that he had been growing lately.
Johnny's face flushed and turned so she couldn't see him anymore.
"Are you okay?", Susie was still worried about their interactions last night.
"Hmm.... yeah, totally.", Johnny brushed her off and fixed himself a bowl of cereal.
Susie wasn't convinced so she made her way towards him and stood between him and the counter.
Johnny raised an eyebrow and continued to pour his milk around her.
"I don't like when you go out and drink, and i don't think your okay..", Susie chose to be bold about her feelings, Macy always said girls had to have more balls than guys because two wasn't enough for them to talk about their feelings.
Susie didn't understand the reference.
"I'm fine doll", Johnny ended the conversation with his voice that always sounded husky in the morning when he woke up.
He moved around her and into the living room where he sat on the couch eating his breakfast.
Susie remained in the kitchen clenching her thighs together.
Maybe she could ask him about her new feelings "down there"?
