So at the moment me and quite a few other people are amidst a existential crisis. So I figure since I've partly figured out how to fix mine, I'd start this book.
For people who don't know what that is. It's when you start questioning your existence. Why your going to amount to in life, and of your living your life the way that you should. Basically the value, purpose, and meaning.
An existential crisis may result from:
· Major depressive disorder
·Dissatisfaction with one's life
·Major psychological trauma
·The sense of being alone and isolated in the world;
·A new-found grasp or appreciation of one's mortality;
·Believing that one's life has no purpose or external meaning;
·Searching for the meaning of life;
·Shattering of one's sense of reality, or how the world is;
·Awareness of one's freedom and the consequences of accepting or rejecting that freedom;
·An extremely pleasurable or hurtful experience that leaves one seeking meaning; (bullet "points Taken from Wikipedia.org)
So this is my advice for dealing with all of these things. Feel free to leave your opinions and comments. Or pm me.
