I originally wrote this on Halloween but I didn't know if it was good enough to put on Wattpad. But I've finally worked up the courage so here ya go.

Age: 5

This year, I was now old enough to go trick or treating. Frank and Gerard walked me around the neighborhood in my ladybug costume with my candybag that was almost halfway full. When we walked up to our 6th house, I wriggled my hand out of Frank's.

"What are you up to baby?" Frank asked.
"Daddy, can I go by myself? I know what to do. Promise!"
"I don't see why not." Frank said.
"Alright baby. Go ahead. We'll be right here." Gee added.
They stood on the sidewalk while I ran up to the door. I knocked on it then the door opened to show a teen wearing a black hood. He started laughing at me but I didn't know what was funny.

"What in the hell are you wearing?" He asked.
"What do you mean?"
"You look so frickin stupid! You don't even have antennae."
"Anten--what?"
"I can't believe your mom and dad let you come out like that. Thats not even fucking scary."
He knocked my candy out of my hand then slammed the door shut. My tears ran down my face as my daddies ran over to me.

"Princess what happened? You dropped your candy bag." Frank asked.
"I d-didn't! H-he knocked it out my hand a-and my c-costume is stupid and not scary."

Gerard and Frank looked at each other before Gerard picked me up. Frank instantly took over the situation by banging on the door angrily. The same teen answered it.
"Aren't you a little too old to be trick or treating?" He said.

Frank looked at his crying child then looked at Gerard with pleading eyes to which he walked me back to the sidewalk. He looked back the teen with pure rage then grabbed the teen by his shirt and pulled him to his chest.

"Now, you're gonna pick up every fucking piece of candy my daughter dropped and apologize, or I will be the scariest thing you see this Halloween. Got it?"
"Okay! Okay! You got it!"

Frank pushed him on the ground and he picked up every piece of candy in the grass then put it in my bag. He apologized to me and gave Gerard the bag. I simply wiped my tears as the teen ran back inside.
"You okay, baby?" Gerard asked.
I nodded slowly so Gerard rubbed my back in comfort.
"And are you okay, honey? You look like you're about to kill someone."
"I'm fine. He's just lucky I didn't fuuu--" Frank trailed off.
He looked at my watery, dark brown eyes and relaxed.

"Fudge, uh, nevermind." He finished.
"It's okay baby. Let's head home it's starting to get chilly anyway." Gee said.
"No daddy. I wanna get more candy." I protested.
"But I thought you didn't wanna go anymore."
"But I want more candy. But I don't wanna go by myself this time."
"That's okay, baby." Frank said.

Frank took me from Gerard and held me on his hip while he held Gee's hand. He kissed both of our cheeks as we continued to the next house.

Happy belated birthday Frankie! I mean I didn't miss it but I just posted this-- y'know what, forget it.
