Marcy's pov:
It was a droopy Monday morning. I had to walk to school in the poring rain. By the time I reached the front gate I was sopping wet. I'd looked like I had been crying cause my mascara smudged. I walked into class looking like a bag of shit hoping to meet matti to cheer me up. But she wasn't there. She's never missed a day of school. I waited to see if she was late. But she didn't show up all day. She left me alone. But at least it gave me time to catch up with Jacko and Pala seeing as tho they hadn't been here for the past few months. They'd been travelling around the local towns talking to kids who need help. They told me all the kids they met and what it was like talking to them. It was interesting. But I missed them cause they were my personal councillors. I had a lot to load off but I wasn't going to until I knew where Matti is. I went home that arvo and slept until sundown. My alarm went off just after 6 and it took me about half an hour to get ready. I put on blue daisy dukes and a white off the shoulder frilly midriff 'me and Matti have matching' and put my stake in my back pocket. I walked out the door with my mum yelling at me. It took about 20 minutes to reach the sunflower field. I crossed over the dead flowers and walked into the woods. I walked straight into Jax's carriage. She was a little startled but was excited about my company "I see we meet again" I said walking towards the bed she was sitting on. She sat up, I could tell she was still sleeping. She was wearing a long black T-shirt with the Rolling Stones on it. She had really bad bed hair "nice bed hair" I said cheekily "hey don't pick on me" she said in a cute voice. I walked over to the unit under her tv. I pulled out the movie shelf and looked through them. I picked out 'brave' and put it in the DVD player. I pressed play and sat on her bed and snuggled into her.
We were about half way through when the girl was trying to save her mother from being killed by her father when I heard screaming. We both looked at each other and we both thought it came from the tv. Seconds later we heard another one. She wasn't bothered moving but I was. So I jumped outta bed, paused the movie and went to where I could hear it coming from. It sounded like it came from Aj's carriage. I before I grabbed the door knob I heard another scream. I hurriedly opened the door.

Matti's pov:
I was so hoping that Marcy would be at school. So that I wouldn't be so lonely. I had only got to my front door and opened it when I saw Aj standing there, she had longer clothes on and was wearing a bigger hat, no sun was on her. "Are you waiting for some one" I said confused "yes, you silly" she said slightly giggling "ok. Why? Do you wanna walk me to school" I said "no. I wanna take you some where" she said grabbing my hand and started walking away "what no. I'm not missing school" I said coming to a halt, she looked at me with puppy eyes "pleasseeeeeeee" she pleaded "I mean. Ugh what ever fine. I mean the chances of Marcy being at school are slim so why not" I said before I was dragged away towards the sunflower field. She lead me into the woods to an abandoned broken down old train station. She lead me towards a carriage as quickly as she could. As if she was trying to avoid some one. She quickly shut the door. I looked at every inch of her room I presume. I noticed she had all the Harry Potter books and fanfics of her own I think. I saw her dude turtle. I immediately ran over to the turtle seeing as tho he was adorable. I put my finger in. He surprisingly didn't bite me. He just rubbed his head against my finger. I turned and just 'awwwed' at Aj. For the rest of the day we just read books, watched movies or drew together. Nearing the end of the day around 7:10 pm I was sitting on her bed. She then tackled me and tickled me to death. I couldn't help but scream and giggle. She did that for 20 minutes. She then stopped and looked at me. She then leant down and kissed me. And as we broke away some one opened the door. All of our jaws hit the ground "Marcy" I screamed pushing Aj of me and hugging her. I then went back and sat with Aj. As I turned around I could see she was furious. She walked over and grabbed my hand. Pulled me away from Aj. "I won't have you getting involved in any of her shit Matti. You are to never come here again you hear me. Aj stay away from her from now on. If I find out you've been talking to her I'll slit your throat" she threatened. And with that she dragged me home. "What? What shit would I get involved in. Marcy talk to me. Your not my fucking mum. You can't boss me around. You can't tell me what I can and can't do or who I can and can't see" I complained to her "I don't want you getting involved with her or her friends ok. It's dangerous" she said concerned "what do you mean dangerous" I said curiously "I've spent the last few nights and days with one of Aj's friend. And a lot of shit has gone down. That's why some of the sunflowers have been flattened" "your saying they flattened them. That ridiculous" "it's really not Matti. Their dangerous" she stopped and let go of my hand "I don't care. I can take care of myself" I said as I walked into my house and slammed the door not saying goodbye to Marcy. The next morning I ditched school again and spent the whole day with Aj again. Later that night I was sitting on Aj's bed when Marcy and another person came barging into the room "what did I say Matti. To stay away. Now get out of here" she said furiously "No. I will stay. Your aloud to hang with Aj's friend ......." "Jax hun" Aj said "Aj's friend Jax. So why can't I hang with Aj. And I can handle any danger that comes my way" " you told her we were dangerous" Jax butted in "because you guys are. I know what happens with you guys. And I saw what happens. And I don't want Matti getting involved with your kind ok. Simple as that. Now Matti listen to me. I want you to get out of here and to never come back ok. I don't want you hanging around here" Marcy explained "No and that's final Marcy. I'm safe here. If your here I'm safe. Please just let me stay. I want to be with Aj. And I want you to understand that I won't stay away" I said pleading "omfg. Fine then. But once again. If Aj dares to hurt you. I will slit her throat" Marcy said death staring Aj.
It was around 8 and I was so tired I ended up passing out on Aj's bed. When I woke up she was hugging me from behind. She woke up shortly and she looked me in the eyes. I turned quickly seeing as tho I was so flustered. "You knocked out minutes after Marcy left the room. So I tucked you into bed and slept beside you seeing as tho I don't know how you sleep at night, whether you get scared at night" she said in a cute voice. I got so flustered after she said that. I decided to lie "uhhh yea I'm hella scared of the dark. I hear things at night and during my dreams" I said sounding scared "I'll be back" she said racing out the room in her pjs, she was wearing a baggy crimson T-shirt and these boxers that had a kitten on her arse. She came running back into the room with pancakes with whipped cream, maple syrup and strawberry's. She then sat it on my lap. There was a note underneath the orange juice. I pulled the note out from underneath. I read out 'question?'
