Date night

Matti's pov:
I waited all weekend for this date. When the time came around I jumped out my bed and got dressed. I put on sky blue overalls with sunflowers on them and a white below the shoulder frilly t-shirt. I put on knee high white socks and black high tops. I grabbed my phone and raced out the door before anyone could ask where I was going. I ran the entire way there. When I arrived I saw a figure near
the edge of the field. The more I approached the more they seemed familiar. She was wearing long Smokey black overalls with a crimson T-shirt with a kitten on the front of it. She had a cinnamon ferret sitting on her shoulder. Her blonde hair was covering her right eye. When I was close enough I realised it was the girl from school. The one that would stare at me. The one that got thrown out the fucking window. I walked up to her and slapped her. She looked at me surprised. "I didn't think you'd recognise me" she said smiling "I know exactly who you are Aj" I said not liking being here "well lemme explain. I wanted to apologise for those times I may of creeped you out. But I hope that we can be cool and become closer. Do you accept?" she said. My gut and heart were disagreeing with my head. They were saying yes and before I could think "yes" came out my mouth. She then grinned and grabbed my hand and dragged me into the field. I did notice before that more sunflowers had been trampled. She then ran onto a massive hill and flopped on the ground and looked up in the sky. I decided to join her. I flopped next to her. She then looked at me. 'I have to admit she is pretty god damn gorgeous. Like drop dead gorgeous' . I looked up at the sky. The sun was just below the hill and the stars were already coming out. She then pulled out a picnic basket from no where and set it up. She laid the pink checkered blanket down. Put a lantern in the middle of it. And pulled some food out the bag. Like popcorn, chips, lollipops and other sweet things. "Dig in" she said and I grabbed the popcorn immediately. She grabbed a lollipop. I decided to see how this would go. While she wasn't paying attention I took the lollipop out her mouth and sucked on it. She turned to me and was gob smacked at what she was looking at. I burst out in laughter and she laughed a few seconds later "what was that" she asked "I dunno. I wanted to know your reaction" I said still giggling "so Aj tell me about yourself" I asked "ok I will if you tell me afterwards" she said "sure thing hun" I said intrigued "well I'm a complete computer geek. I love gaming. I spend most my time on the computer. Other then that I'm spending time with lilac and nibbles, reading or writing books and just messing around in my room. Also I hate judgmental people and sea food" she said happily "who's lilac and nibbles?" I question "lilac is the ferret on my shoulder and nibbles is my dude turtle who's at home" "ohhhhhh ok" I said as lilac came running of her shoulder and onto my lap. She looked at me then started rubbing her head on me "she likes you, A lot" "hmmmm" "your turn" she said excitedly "uhhhhh well I spend most my time dancing around in my room blasting music, a lot of my time is taken up with art. I have art shit all around my room. I love horror and romance movies. But one of my fav romcoms are vampire movies. I'd die to date a vampire"

Aj's pov:
"I'd die to date a vampire" she said sighing. I immediately started blushing hard. She looked at me "are you blushing" she said curiously "u~~~~hhhhhhh nooo~~~ooooo" I said while I was blushing like a mad women "ok sure. But anyways. I'm normally a bright person with a bubbly personality. I'm quiet shy too. I get nervous a lot. But on the inside I'm quiet tough and I really do care about people. But I've been so worried about my best friend lately. Her name is Marcy" as she said a that a ding went off in my head. 'Ummm I think Marcy would kill me if I got her involved in any shit' I thought to myself "but shes been missing for a few days and I'm quite lonely at school" she said sadly "well I hope she shows up. I think I've seen her around here" I said hoping to cheer her up "really" she said as if she was a child in a candy store "ya" "well that makes me happier I guess" she said a little happier. We then sat there for a few more minutes. I then changed my position on the hill and started to roll down the hill. When I stopped she followed suit and joined me at the bottom of the hill. When she reached the bottom we were both covered in grass. We both stared at each other and laughed. Silence over took the laughter. We both were just staring at each other. Right into each other's gorgeous eyes. She then sat up and came closer to me. She slowly dropped her head towards my head. She then stopped. "I can tell your still blushing" she said cheekily and stood up "I better be going. It's late and I don't wanna worry my parents. I guess I'll see you around Aj. It was good getting to know you" she said and left. I watched her as she ran down the dirt road and onto the street. She waved goodbye before she was out of view. I would know. I have very good eyesight. I quickly raced home and I went into my carriage before anyone would notice I was gone or had come home. I just laid on my bed cuddling lilac and thinking about Matti. 'Shes too cute' I thought and then lilac gave me a weird look.
