Percy

"YOU WONT GET AWAY FROM ME THAT EASILY!" Kelly screamed and cut Percy's back leaving three long claw marks all the way starting with his right shoulder blade to his left hip. His fell and screamed in agony. He looked up and saw Dianna about to cut Nico's throat with a small dagger. Percy saw a clear shot. He threw his only defense at Dianna's head and cut it in half. "Bullseye." Percy whispered and laughed half heartedly.

Nico

Nico fell to the ground holding his neck. A trickle of blood rolled from in between his fingers. Dianna had cut his throat a little but nothing deadly. He couched and gagged but soon got control of his breathing again after being choked also. He looked over and saw Kelly wrestling with Percy. It looked like the Empousa was winning. Nico frantically looked for Riptide. Luckily it was still there and Nico grabbed it and ran up behind Kelly and stabbed her in the back of the head. She hissed and turned to dust. It fell all over Percy who was missing chunks of flesh on his fore head, and shoulders. His shirt was ripped up and you could see blood flowing out of it like water coming out of a faucet.

"Oh gods Percy!" Nico cried.

"Nico... It's ok. It's not as bad as it looks." Percy reassured him and sat up. "Just a few scratches, that's all."

"Percy I-" Nico started to say but was interrupted by Percy kissing him. Nico was taken by surprised. He widened his eyes but then slowly let them close. He felt his heart beating out of his chest as he felt Percy holding his face gently. After a good 5 or 6 seconds Percy and Nico pulled away slowly.

"I love you." They said together. They smiled and with that Nico shadow traveled them back to camp.
