What'd I Tell Ya!

The Empousa with the sack sat it on the ground and pulled Nico out of it by his ankles. He looked worse then Percy had imagined. The Empousa threw Nico on top of Percy. Nico was too weak to get off Percy. But instead of Percy doing what Nico expected him to do, which was throw Nico off him, Percy just held Nico tightly and whispered something in his ear. "Be brave. I've got an idea."

'Great... Another one of Percy's brilliant ideas' Nico thought.

Percy

"Please! Don't kill him!" Percy begged as he sat up and held Nico on his lap and cradled him. "I'm the one you want! Nico never did anything to you!" He pleaded. "Let him go and take me!"

"Hmmm..." Kelly thought for a moment. "Alright. The younger boy is free to go. Dianna!" She pointed to the Empousa who had Nico in a sack. "Get the boy and make him watch us kill his love."

Percy was dumbstruck "love?" He looked down at Nico who was pale and crying. "Nico do you lo-" but Nico interrupted him

"NO!" He cried out. "I mean... Yes but..." He closed his eyes tightly and pushed Percy away. Before Percy could say another word or do anything Disnna grabbed Nico by the back of his neck and pried him from Percy's grasp.

"Nico!" Percy yelled as he saw him wince and cry out in pain from all the scratch marks and torn up back. Then Dianna turned Nico around so Nico was staring right at Percy.

"Percy I-" he started to say but Dianna slapped him in the back making Nico cry even harder.

"Shut up!" She hissed. "Kill the sea gods son!" Kelly yelled.

"NO!" Nico cried out and Dianna slapped his face. It was a pretty good slap for someone being behind Nico.

Percy slowly reached into his pocket and felt Riptide. Thank the gods it reappeared or his plan would never work at all. As an unfamiliar Empousa brought a sword over Percy's head he pulled out Riptide and blocked the attack. With a swift move he gutted the Empousa and she dissolve into dust.

"That's more like it!" Percy yelled as he jumped up and ran, sword over his shoulder, heading towards Kelly and he other minion. He took the minion out quickly dodging her attacks and Kelly's. He then ran away from Kelly as she jumped for him. He looked over to Nico who was struggling, kicking, biting, cursing, everything to get Dianna off of him.

"Hold on Nico!" Percy called out to him. After a minuet of fighting with Kelly and having no success he dodged her one last time and went to help Nico.
