Chapter One

(Jennie's P.O.V.)

Today is the day, where I go back to Korea and see my family. I miss them so much, I can't wait to see them

Even though we FaceTime or call each other, it's still not the same between having their presence beside you

I've been a nurse here in New Zealand, on a Army. So that means I help soldiers when they are injured

I've been working here for almost seven years. Now this is the time where I will visit my family and make more memories with them

It took me a year to escape this. Well, it took me a year to convince our main Sargent on our quarter to let me take a vacation with my family

Well, it was worth it though. Now here I am, packing, inside my dorm. I'll be staying there for three and a half months. So that's fine by me

I'm peacefully packing my stuff when someone entered my room. I jumped a little when the door swung wide open

"Jenduek!" I closed my eyes and sighed when I heard her, again. I turned around not looking at her

I just continued to pack my stuff up. "Yes, Jisoo?" I asked, not turning back. "Are you done packing?" She asked curiously

"Hm... Yep, I am done. You?" I asked as I zipped my lugage, and turned around to finally face her

She's smiling. "Well, I am done since yesterday" she said while grinning. My eyes went wide

"Why?" I asked her surprisingly, she just scoffed "Do you wanna see how much clothes that I will bring?" She said bluntly

I chuckled and shook my head "Nah, I think I already know" I said, as she walked towards the other bed and took a sit

Oh yeah, I have a roommate a year ago. She was funny, kind, and she's one of the soldiers.

She has to share with me, because at the camp was full. And it is still full. Well, I don't know what happened to her

She just disappeared. I kinda miss her though, she's my only friend from the soldiers.

She has a dorky attitude, sweet and at the same time kind. Rumor has it, she was been raped by the other soldiers and the General

But I didn't believed in rumors. I'll only believe them when I saw it with my own two eyes

"...okay?" Jisoo said, oh I was spacing out. "Sorry what? I spaced out" I said with a shy smile. She just chuckled "I said I'll wake you up at six since our flight is at ten" she said

"Oh yeah sure..." I replied back with a smile. "Okay, I have to go. It's already 9:55" she said as she went towards the door

I nodded and Jisoo went out of the room. I sighed when she disappeared through the door

I went back to my bed and threw my self. As my exhaustion, started to catch up on me. I stretched a little.

Jisoo, is coming with me since she's from Korea too. She's my best friend since I moved here

She's nice and dorky, and she gives you weir nicknames. But it is cute, to be honest.
Even my roommate, she gave a nickname to my roommate

She called my roommate 'Elephant' because of her long legs. That she's taller than us, well it's true.

Back then, me and Jisoo always sneaks our of our building. To go out somewhere, because we always getting locked her

They don't let us leave nor just in front of our base. They'll lock us. But that doesn't stops us
