This turned into my favourite piece. Even though there are no rings around the planets this took the top spot. I had a fun time making these planets.
I had gone hiking with my mother and youngest brother in the mountains with my camera. They helped me pick out subject material with interesting textures and colours so I could turn them into planets. Each planet I have in this piece is from that one trip. :)
