{Your POV}
As you walk to work on a crisp Autumn morning the sun peaks around the buildings and through the naked tree branches. You get to work and start up the coffee machines, set the chairs at the tables, put the signs out and begin a very normal day at the coffee shop. All the general customers come through, the 'regular's'; business persons always in a hurry with the same order everyday, the students in for their daily dose of caffeine to get them through the dreaded day ahead and those that come for a relaxed breakfast. The 'not so regular's'; the ones who pass through every now and then but not often enough to remember their name and ask about their children, fiancee or any personal aspects of life. The 'strangers'; tourists taking way too much time on every decision or persons just passing through the area and in need of a good coffee fix.
You're busy checking on customers at their tables and Y/F/N*, whom you work with, calls out to you to serve someone at the counter. You're flustered but you rush to the counter and greet the customer with a cheery hello.
"Hey," a soft, kind voice replies, you lift your eyes to meet with his, your heart stops as you realize who is standing before you. His hair is messily sprawled across his forehead, his curls bounce and his dark tidy eyebrows jolt towards the curls as he nods his head to greet you. His mellow brown eyes sparkle as he smiles at you and repeats his greeting.
"Oh, Hi," you say startled and look down quickly, "What can I get for you?" You ask glancing up at him again briefly trying to remain calm and keep breathing.
"Ahh, just a large flat white and a blueberry muffin, thank you," he says through his smile.
You repeat his order back to him, "Is that to have here?"
"Oh, to go thanks Hun," he says with his head cocked to the side. You smile quickly and turn around, close your eyes and take a deep breath, when you open your eyes Y/F/N is staring at you with a cheeky grin on her face. You shake your head and begin to make the coffee for the gorgeous man on the other side of the counter. You can feel his stare burning through you, you get his muffin and finish his coffee, handing them over to him he smiles widely.
"Thank you, smells amazing," he says gesturing to the coffee, he smiles once more before saying "bye," he hesitates, reading your name tag, "Y/N**," he tips his head down slightly, turns and walks towards the door, he looks back and waves after closing the door, you wave briefly and blush from being caught watching the man.You continue the day, but it's a blur, you're running in neutral, you can't stop thinking about your days encounter. As you lay in bed that night you say aloud to yourself,
"Oh, my, goodness, I met THE Noah Centineo,"
Eventually you fall asleep to a land of beautiful dreams of a beautiful man.*Y/F/N - Your friends name
