For those who didn't underSANS:
FLOWEY teamed up with GASTER to kill LEXIE
BLUE knew about this and decided to protect her
The timeline got corrupted and turned into a FlowerFell timeline. So when LEXIE gets hurt, golden flowers starts to consume her and she becomes weak
This timeline was the perfect chance to kill her because she gets weak the more flowers are on her body
But BLUE failed to protect her and FLOWEY killed LEXIE
But somehow, a certain someone restored/resetted the timeline
