Zach's pov
I woke up to Daniel and Emma talking. I wasn't meaning to listen to their conversation. I wanted to sleep, I kept laying on the floor. I really woke up when Daniel Said "you really like him, don't you" I was waiting for a answer. Gosh I really hope she says yes, then it will be so much easier. I want to ask her out, I'm just scared that she don't like me the way I like her. "Is it that noticeable?" She asked. In that moment my heart fluttered and I now knew that she likes me too. I can finally ask her on a date. I know we haven't known each other for that long, but I'm completely falling for her. Her hair, her eyes, her everything. She is just so perfect.
About 15 minutes later I decided to get up. I was smiling like a idiot. Daniel looked at me weirdly "I heard your conversation with Emma" his eyes wide opened. "YOU HEARD" Daniel practically yelled. "Where is she? I'm going to ask her out right now" I said so excited. "She just left, maybe if you run down the road you can get to her" he said. I started running. Running like it would be the death of me. Suddenly I could see her, I was lost for word. I don't know what to say to her. I just did what my instinct told me to do. I ran up to her and kissed her. At first she didn't kiss back, but eventually she did.
"Would you want to go on a date with me?" I asked her. "No" I looked shocked at her. "Can we just not date and be together? I don't like all the dates you have to go on" now I didn't look shocked anymore. I looked happy. I gently took my hand under her chin and said 5 words that would change everything between us. "Will you be my girlfriend?"
"Yes, I will be your girlfriend"
