A few weeks had passed as Scott made Khalessi the biggest model in the modeling industry. Their romance was kept a secret. He set her up with the biggest photographer names in the world. Her shoots surprised everyone, even Scott. Scott sat at his desk looking through his long inbox of emails. As he read through his emails, his office phone rang. He picked It up to answer it. "Scott Clark." He said as he put the phone to his ear. "Hello Scott, this is Adam SaintJon from SaintJon modeling in Germany. I would like to talk to you about your model Khalessi Smith." Scott listened to him confused on why he would want to talk about her. "Go on.." Scott said curious to why he called him. "I would like to buy out her contract and have her model for my company. I'll offer you ten million for her." Scott sat there for a moment before he said anything. "Let me talk to Khalessi and see if she would like to make the switch. If she does, I'll call back." Scott hung the phone up as he grabbed his personal phone. He unlocked the phone, opening up his message app to Khalessi's chat. "Can you come by my office in twenty minutes? I have something to talk to you about." He laid his phone down on the desk as he heard a knock on his door. It opened as Khalessi walked through it with two coffees. She smiled at him hiding him his coffee. "Good morning Scott." She smiled taking a sip of her coffee. "Good morning Miss Smith. I have something to talk to you about." She looked at him curious as she sat in the chair in front of his desk. "Adam SaintJon called me about buying your contract out. He wants you to move to Germany and model for his company. I told him I would ask you if that's what you would want to do." She sat there thinking not knowing what to say. "I want to stay here and model for you Scott. This is my home." She said so calmly like she was faking it. "Well he's offering ten million to the both of us if you would like to take his offer. For a young model like you are, you should consider. Opportunities like this don't come often. Especially with this type of money." He looked down at his computer as an email popped up from Adam SaintJon with all his contact info if she was interested in it. "I'll go. I want to make my career the best possible. Tell him I'll take his offer." Scott nodded as he clicked the email Adam sent. Scott picked his his office phone dialing Adam's number waiting for him to answer. "This is Adam." He spoke. "This is Scott Clark. Khalessi is sitting in my office now. She has agreed to take your offer. When will you be able to have a meeting here to buy her contract out?" Khalessi sat on the edge of the chair excited. "I will be in New York tonight. I will stop by your office tomorrow around noon. I look forward to our business Scott, have a wonderful rest of your day." Scott hung up as Adam hung up. He looked at Khalessi. "Tomorrow at noon is the meeting. I'll see you then." Scott gave a fake smile as he knew he was losing the woman he loved. "Thank you for everything you've done for me Scott. I wouldn't be here in this situation if it wasn't for you." Scott let her words sink in. He knew she was right as she said it. He opened the door to her successful career. His heart was shattered. She choose to leave him but he knew her choice was right..
