---------------------------------------------------------'You must be Lidea Belle. Well its your first day and I already catch you talking to this fool.' She winks at Enzo, causing him to smile at her sheepishly.
'Thats me, i'm sorry, I didnt realise you guys knew each other.' I glanced sideways at Enzo and watched him stifle a laugh.
I was shocked at the easy manner she came across to us in, after Mia and Maria has described her as the literal villain of the mansion.
'Yeah actually, me and big man have known each other for a long time.' He smiled at me noticing my confused face. I cant exactly read his mind and know who big man is straight away.
'Big man?' I finally asked.
He smirked before saying, 'Quentin Woodfield.' Ah, I should have guessed, the all so famous M.Q. It seemed too many people were a fan of him. I was growing more interested by the second. Hm, I would have to meet him soon.
'Why have you never told me this before?' I glared at Enzo.
He gave me a pointed look, that said "we all know you dont exactly like the Woodfields!" I rolled my eyes at the look he was giving me.
'Well, now that were all acquainted with one another what do you say we go inside.' Suggested the Mistress. I was still surprised with her behaviour towards us, not expecting her gentleness.
'Yes mistress.' Said Mia and Maria in unison. As though it had been practised a thousand times before.
I just looked at everyone, obviously confused about what to do until I felt a hand on the small of my back.
'Don't worry little bee you'll get the hang of things around here.' I smiled at Enzo's consideration, before whispering, 'You know I will.' in his ear. He chuckled lightly before pushing me gently inside.
'Have you seen the main quarters yet Lidea?' Asked the Mistress.
'Um?.... I don't think so.' I admitted confused by the amount of quarters in this house. Seems more like a palace to me.
I watched my surroundings studiously, getting more and more curious by the second. Could this be like one of those houses that has secret doorways and staircases? I giggled inwardly. Wow, the things that go through my retarded brain.
'You'll love it.' Whispered Maria in my ear. I swear sometimes it felt like she could read my mind. I side glanced at her as I saw her smirking at me.
If I was so shocked at the bedrooms, only god knows how beautiful the living quarters must be.
We walked through an archway into a huge opening. My mind went buzzurk. Is that even a word? The so called 'living room' was big enough to be a ballroom, with a sweeping chandelier in the middle of the high, intricately detailed cieling. It was massive, massive as in, enough to crush ten body builders if it fell.
I glanced around the rest of the room. It wasn't how I expected it really. Except for the giant chandelier that twinkled above me. It was actually..... cosy.
The brown carpet and soft glow from the fireplace across the room from me, made it seem comfy, and cosy. I had expected the sofas to be made of leather, but instead there was a big corner sofa at the side of the room that was made from soft material that looked like animal skin. I had a strange craving to touch it. I had a thing for touching materials and soft things. Don't ask. I'm weird. Don't judge.
There was a big oak table next to the sofa, including a rock able armchair. Directly opposite the arm chair was a marble fireplace. This was softly glowing as the embers crackled and the fire engulfed the coal.
