How did it end up like this

So sorry this chapter took so long I just recently got the motivation to write again my depression got the better of me so I had no motivation at all to write or to cosplay(if you didn't know I do cosplay anime characters" or to do anything really so sorry about that but let's get onto the story now!))

Elizabeth POV

I was taking care of sir Meliodas he was very injured after what happened and I still can't believe we kissed just thinking about it makes me blush!

While I was tending to his wounds he sat up quickly while panting he looked nervous, scared,worried, but most of all he looked angry not at any one else but at himself for somthing I don't know

I jumped at him and hugged him in tight yet not so much that it would hurt him "Sir Meliodas are you alright?" I said in a caring tone he turned to look at me and said " yeah I'm...fine" i sighed of relief "that is amazing to hear you worried me for a second" I looked down "I couldn't imagine what I would do if anything happened to you" he lifted up my chin to make me look into his eyes "Elizabeth you have nothing to worry about, I'll always be here for you even if you don't know it, I can't and wouldn't dream of it even if I wanted to I can't bring myself to be away from you" I didn't understand what he meant by 'can't' and 'even if I wanted to' what does he mean but he can't and even if he wanted to leave my side is he bonded to me or something

Just as I was about to respond hawk walked into the room"Elizabeth is Meliodas awa-" he stoped mid sentence as he saw sir Meliodas awake"Meliodas you're awake!" He jumped into his arms crying his eyes out

"Hawk don't worry I'm fine" sir Meliodas told hawk I don't know why but just as I was about to stand up to get new water for sir Meliodas wounds I started to feel a pain in my chest it hurt worse then anything I've ever felt

The pain only got worse by the second the ringing in my ears I could see sir Meliodas screaming but I could understand it I dropped to the ground in pain holding my head suddenly it stoped and I couldn't hear the ringing anymore

"ELIZABETH ARE YOU OKAY!" Sir Meliodas was at my side asking me "yes I'm fine now sir Meliodas but what was that" I asked puzzled "what was what Elizabeth you just suddenly dropped to the ground holding your head in pain?"

"I don't know I get this pain in my chest then this ringing in my ears  it was so painful to hear and feel" he looked at me shocked I didn't know it but I was slowly starting to activate mine and Meliodas curse again

(Ok so a little side note I don't fully understand the curse so I'll go with what I know and add a few of my own things as you could tell from what I do know Meliodas can't die even if he wanted to he is imortal and nothing can kill him he'll just come back to life and Elizabeth will die if she remembered Meliodas or goes into her goddess's form but ima add a few of my own details)
