First Encounter

By the time I reached xxx cafe. It was already 2.15pm. Yup, im definitely late. I carefully parked my car and rushed out to enter the cafe. When I entered, everyone in the cafe looked at me with a terrified look on their face. Which made me wondered til I realised that i am not dressed properly for this blind date. Not caring since it will a one time thing, i scanned through the cafe and saw a few guys sitting alone and a guy at the corner of the cafe sleeping with his head bend backwards and his mouth open. Sleeping comfortably like the cafe was his.

Annoyed enough to text my mom, I went over to the few guys and asked if they are having a blind date and asked them if they knew my mom which all of them answered no with a terrified look on their faces. Till i reach the guy that was sleeping and wake him up. Endlessly shaking to no avail of him waking up. Annoyed, I ran my fingers through my hair as my patience is thinning, I kicked his chair and a grunt was heard along with an annoyed expression. Then he opened his eyes and gave me a glare "for fucking sake what do you want women! Leave me alone!" With that he leaned his head on the wall and closed his eyes. I was shocked by his reaction and continued. "Are you here for a blind date?" He nodded with his eyes closed. "Then do you know Shim Eun Ha?" Again, he nodded.

With that I sat infront of him looking at him for some reaction. I ordered a cup of coffee to relax my mind while staring at him. Still, he was asleep. Well he had a rough day i guess. It continued for the last 15 minutes and people kept on looking at us. Probably wondering why is a guy sleeping at a cafe and a disorted woman just looking at him. I had enough and kicked his legs to wake him up. Still, no reaction. I went to the counter and asked for a cup of water. I returned back and pour the water all over him which he responded with jump and a loud shrieked "Yah! What was that for! Damn it why can't you stop bothering me!" While wiping of the water that was spilled on him.

I gave him an expressionless look and continued to sit down infront of him. I put out my hand for a handshake to introduce myself. With that he complied with the handshake and sat down while looking at me annoyed. "Hi Im Lee Y/N. A police officer and a daughter that was forced to this blind date. How about you introduce yourseld and we can get this over quickly?" I said and cocked my eyebrows. "Names Yoongi. Im a police officer too. I guess hah. And im here due to my mother's request. And why are you on a blind date looking bloody all over?" He looked at me disgusted and scan me from top to bottom. "You returned from a war or something?" "Well it was a last minute thing and i had just finished catching a criminal. Which involves in a gruesome actions well you know since you're in this circle as well." "Well, okay. So we stay for another 30 minutes and we go back okay? You know and i know that we are not interested in this kind of stuffs. So when we got home just say that we couldn't get along with each other and we are incompatible okay? Tha would do it." "Uh, i guess so?" With that he closed his eyes with his arms crossed over his chest indicating that he is returning to sleep. And i sat there looking over the cafe as i was bored.

Within 10 minutes i couldn't stand it due to boredom and cautiousl tried to initiate a conversation with him. "Why are you always sleeping. How did you manage a stake out though." I said not expecting a reply. "I can if I have a will but now that I have free time. I would rather use it for me to sleep. Its the only time for me to rest. Maybe we should meet each other often so that I could get enough free time for me to rest." He replied with his eyes closed. "Well I don't mind though. I kinda liked the peaceful and quietness we have. But you said that...." but I was cut off by " yeah lets just cancel that off and tell our parents that we are interested to know each other. That way they won't tell us to go on another blind date with someone else. Its convenient for us too as we have knows each other. Aint I right?" He then took out his phone and I looked at him raising my eyebrows due to his sudden action. "My phone doesn't have any passcode. Save in your number. I'll contact you everytime my mum ask me to go for a blind date." "Well okay..." I then unlocked his phone. Quite weirded out that a police officer doesn't have any passcode on his phone but figured out that he might have another phone. I was about to save my contact on his phone as 'Y/N' but i got quite cheeky and save it as 'Princess' and chuckled when i saved it.

I scanned through his contacts only to found less than 10 contacts on his phone. Which I found most are male except for his mom. They're saved as

'V'
"Does he not have any girls contacts though" i questioned myself and just shrugged it off. Putting his phone on the table infront of him.
"Well time is up. It was quite a pleasure to meet you? Well gotta go. Nice meeting you though,Yoongi-shi" i said while standing up getting ready to go. "Yeah nice meeting you too Y/N. Wait for my call. Ill be calling you quite frequent though." With that he stood up and walk off this his sport car and sped off. Leaving me there hanging in awed by his sport car. I then went inside my car and went home. "What a long day.." i sighed and jumped on my bed which put me on a slumber and gradually falling asleep. Yup. Still not showering.. sleep is more important. Woops.
