the next couple of weeks were kind of empowering, one minute I’d be frustrated cause I couldn’t really walk. The next I would be happy to get the cast off my leg in a few weeks, my arm cast was coming off in one week. Brendan was looking better, the cut on his upper body didn’t look so deep.

He had a cast on his arm but he was used to it in a way, he’d broken his arm twice before. Kyle was breathing easier, he had blogged earlier this week about what actually happened, amazingly without putting in great detail exactly what happened. It was amazing the kind of support we were all getting, every day we got letters from Brendan’s fans and Kyle’s fans.

Brendan, Darren, and damain are in a band. The best thing I saw in the next week was my arm out of a cast, Kyle and Brendan walking with even just a little altered steps when they felt there ribs. But at least they could move around better, it was amazing seeing Brendan in the studio singing again.

I was on crutches but at least it was out of the wheel chair, I had an arm to help me move the crutches now. But before Brendan went back into the studio we had to leave the hospital, it was amazing when we walked out, me on crutches, there was a crowd of Brendan’s fans. “Brendan!” they would yell.

Brendan walked over to a few of them and I followed, completely curios now. Sarah was next to Brendan’s left side, the fan tried to hug Brendan and pulled back when Brendan flinched cause of the slight pain it caused. “its ok” he said and hugged her carefully. “I hope you get better quickly” she told him, “thank you” he said and walked to the next person.

When I looked a cross the street I saw some strange looking people, then I realized right before I was blinded by flashes that they were paparazzi. We were almost to Sarah’s van when the flashes went off, “ugh!” said Brendan. “my head hurts” I said and rose opened the door’s of Kyle’s Lamborghini, “hey!” I heard someone say.

The voice sounded familiar, “Ashley! Kyle! Damn you paparazzi, Ow you hit me” the familiar voice said. Then I saw it was my friend Vanessa, “Vanessa!” I said. “wow, you look like a train ran you over” she told me jokingly, “yeah we have to go to the court date tomorrow” I replied, on the way to the court room the next day Kyle sang to me, it was sweet.

He sang our song, then the worst part. Having to recall every horrible detail, I remember Rachel cried the whole time, hugging Brendan the whole time, and for about a month everything was calm, me and Kyle were back home. Until I was out with Elijah, Vanessa, and Kyle, Elijah is a friend of Kyle’s they had recorded together a while back.

We were walking down the ally to Elijah and Vanessa’s house, they are married. When we walked into the ally, like we had so many times before. A shadowy figure crossed our paths, I froze then felt something sharp and cold stick me. I felt my energy drain and I began to fall, Kyle caught me. “oh my gosh!” I heard him say and saw Elijah pull his hands back from my stomach, they were bloody.

Im guessing it was my blood, then he took his nice shirt off and used it to cover the cut in my abdomen. “Elijah, don’t ruin your nice shirt” I said weakly, “Ashley my shirt isn’t as important as your life” he replied and I felt him put pressure on my abdomen. “I feel sleepy” I said and listened to there frantic conversations, “stay with me Ashley” Elijah said and nudged my arm.

Vanessa, get my phone from my pocket. Dial 911 and put it to my ear please” Elijah said, Vanessa did that and I heard a woman say “Detroit police department how can I help you?” “yeah we need an ambulance on..” Elijah said and looked at Kyle as to tell him “go find the street names” and I saw him run of fin one direction, run back then run in the other direction.
