Chapter 8 - (Guess who is my Fiance? )

Chapter 7 

I tried my best not to speak, as Elli  placed her index finger on her lips and signalled me to move forward.I could now see the room which was next to the one in which i was tormented in.This room seemed bigger than mine but was dirty too ,and a small bed was placed  in the middle of the room.The walls were painted in white.I tried to sneek in but Elli caught my hand.

''Thats my room,Dont go in there,Alex is sleeping at the further corner,you cant see him as the door is halfway open''

I nodded as we continued to walk quietly as we could.One wrong step and this whole plan could take a turn against me and maybe even Elli.We paced slowly in the hallway,taking one step at a time.Elli kept me closed and held my hand this whole time.It felt good to feel affection and ministered after days.Just few minutes more and it will be an end to this torcher.I wiped the little blood dripping from my remaining right arm.It didnt affect that much as Elli had injected me with some sort of drug but the blood was still fresh and thus the blooed was dripping after every 10 minutes or so.

''Elli,is that you''? 

We turned our heads towards the origin of that question.''I think we woke up Alex, come with me quickly. here hide behind this wall in the kitchen'',she quickly dragged me to a stinky room which was thankfully a few centimeters away.I kept my hand over my mouth and stood quietly against one of the wall,as Elli picked up an empty glass which was on the glass sink and made her way out out of there.

''Umm hey here I am'',Elli calmly placed her hand over Alex's chest making him stop.

I couldnt see them properly as they were outside the kitchen, but tried my level best to hear their conversation.

''I was just umm taking some water,My throat was dry.Do you want me to get something for you ?''

''Umm no,I just saw that you werent on your bed so I came out to find you.I dont get it though you already have a small refrigerator in the corner of your room,why did you come out here to get water then?''

''Cant a girl get some fresh air too?'',I could sense that Elli was trying to sound as calm as she could be but inside she was scared to death.

''you sure you just needed water and fresh air''?

''Why would you say that?are you calling me a falsifier?''

''Nah,I was just inquiring,Hows she? did you check her''?

''No,Sam probably wouldnt like it,I will check her in the morning.you can go now I think,I will just finish up this water and head back in there.''

''I am thirsty too,can I have your glass?You can pour yourself more''

''Umm sure''.

I tilted my head further, to see that they were still standing close to the kitchen and that Elli was handing her glass over to Alex,but accidentally the glass shattered to the floor,its peices escalated all over the carpet.

''Oops I am sorry'',Alex got down on one knee as he picked up the largest peice of glass.

''No,its ok you go in I will pick it up.Go drink it from the refrigerator in my room''

''you sure you dont need any help?''

''No I said I am good Alex ,please go now''

The very second I heard another voice .''Whats going on you both?''

It was Samuel.

''Oh you are up?its nothing I just dropped this glass,You can go back to your sleep''

''And what are you doing here Alex?''

''It doesnt matter I am going in,Lets go''.

''Wait a minute''....

Sam came closer to Elli,''I feel something fishy going on''.

''There is nothing fishy going on,why are you loking at me like that.dont you trust me?''

''Actually no I dont''.Sam turned his gaze towards Alex ''Go checkin kristen'',he crossed his hands over his chest.

''Wait what no..''Elli resisted to stop Alex by shoulder ...but Samuel slapped Elli right in the face as she fell on the floor.

I didnt know what to do,I couldnt get out ..Elli was out there ,we were about to get caught.

''COME OUT OF THE KITCHEN KRISTEN'',samuel roared at the top of his lungs.

I quickly came out before he would try to hurt Elli more.All eyes were on me, as Samuel approached towards me, grabbed my hair and pointed my head towards the blood on the floor.

''Do you think I am stupid?! Was I born yesterday?you have been leaving a trail of your blood from the room I kept you in''

He grabbed my hair even more tightly.''Dont try to outsmart me Kristen or I will make your death even more painful than what it already is''.

''Alex! shut them both in the cell'',with that he went off towards his room.

Alex tied me on that old chair once gain and tied Elli on another one with thick ropes.

''I am soo sorry Elli,but you shouldnt have helped her out,You knew this would happen if you try to deceive Sam''.

Ellli was about to speak but once again Samuel entered the room ''whats taking you soo long? do you want me to trap you in too wth them on another chair Alex?''

''For god's sake Sam shutup! I am doing what you ask,stop being such a child'',Alex snapped back

''Do you want water Elli'',he turned back again to Elli with sympathy in his eyes.

''No thankyou'',she replied quietly and bowed her head down.

Unexpectedly he turned towards me too,''Do you want something Kristy''?

''Water would be good,I havent had a bath since days ,my hair is all bloody ,dirty and oily'',I requested.

''What,what did you say? You want water to bath? you want to bath,to get the grease off your head'',wait a second?,Samuel smirked ..

He went out and came back within a few seconds,but with a scissor.

''What are you doing?'',I questioned as my eyes fell upon the instrument.

''oh believe me  I am helping you'',The next thing that  I knew was..that my hair was all over the floor.Samuel cut my hair completely and inapproporiately as I adjusted myself on the chair.

Alex turned his head away and went out of the room

''Stop it please Samuel,you are hurting me''..,I cried.

But ofcourse that didnt stop him.He had chopped off all my hair and purposely gave me a cut on my ear.

''Yeah now you look better'',he grinned as he gave a death stare to Elli .

''I cant believe that I fell in love with you Elli,Its my biggest regret,you are a betrayer''

''And you are a heartless monster,makes us equal I guess huh?''

Samuel didnt reply but looked at Elli angrily and left the room,shutting the door behind him.

''Does your ear hurt?'',Elli looked at me as tears filled her eyes.

''Yes,but its ok,I am used to it now,So you and the heartless monster? ex love birds?''

Elli nodded ''Yeah''

''What happened? didnt work out because of his charming personality''?

''Umm no,I got engaged to someone''

''Forced into Arrange marriage?''

''Yes'',Elli replied quietly.

''To who?''

This time she looked me right into the eyes ..''To Bill...to your Bill''..
