(Y/N) pov
It was a night like any other and me and Ruby decided to go buy some dust.
As we we're looking around and Ruby staring into a magazine full of weapons. While I was looking at some dust I felt someone tap on my shoulder.
As I turned around he told me to do something but he was interrupted by glass shattering and I quickly tackled him to the ground before punching his head knocking him out before running outside to see Ruby taking down some guys in suits.
As I ran out to join her I saw a guy was coming up behind her so I whipped out my tail, spun the barrels on my gun rattle and shot him down with a few bullets.
Ruby: Thanks (Y/N).
(Y/N): No problem.
???: Well red and scales I'm afraid out time is up. (Not very good with names or nicknames so thanks for the suggestions)
With that pointed his cane at up before the bottom opened and fired at us. Ruby blocked the shot and when we looked back he was gone but we looked and saw him climbing a ladder trying to escape. Before we left Ruby asked the store owner.
Ruby: Is it ok if we go?
He nods his head and before we left I looked over and saw some of the guys getting up.
(Y/N): Ruby go ahead I'll deal with these guys.
Ruby: Ok
She ran after the man while I equipped my gauntlets and got into a fighting stance.
(Y/N): Let's do this.
I charged at them prepared to fight. Eventually as I was fighting I was surrounded until I remembered a little something I added. I make small little hose's pop out of the top of the gauntlets with a small flame in front before firing at them with my flamethrowers.
After that was done with I quickly ran up the ladder to find a ship flying off and Ruby fan girling over a women with blonde hair.
Timeskip (To lazy)
As the ship landed at Beacon I was admiring the school while Ruby went into weapon obsessed mode.
Eventually something I knew was going to happen happened. Yang left us. As Ruby was spinning asking questions she eventually falls down and knocks over a girls suitcases.
???: What do you think you're doing you dolt!
I pick up Ruby and a girl in a white dress starts to yell at us while shaking a bottle of dust at us. It starts to leak out and I slowly walk away before Ruby sneezed causing an explosion.
After the explosion dies down I saw that the girl in what was once white was now a charcoal black and I was trying to hold back a laugh.
But my fun time get ruined by the one person who I never wanted to see in my life was there.
I stood behind Ruby to hide my self but instincts made me shake my rattle and luckily Ruby was the only one to hear.
As now known Weiss walked away I saw a boy who was puking on the ship.
???: I'm a natural blonde you know.
(Y/N): Ok... and you are?
Jaune: Jaune, Jaune Arc.
Timeskip
Me, Ruby and Jaune started to walk around talking as it was starting to get dark out.
Ruby: So what's your weapon Jaune?
Jaune: Oh I have this.
He then pulls out a sword and shield.
Jaune: It's a hand-me-down.
(Y/N): Does it do anything else?
Jaune: The shield can fold.
Ruby: But wouldn't it just weigh the same?
Jaune: Yeah it does. So what do you have?
Ruby: Oh I have this scythe that can fold into a high caliber rifle.
She says while showing off her weapon
Jaune: uh...
(Y/N): It's also a sniper.
Jaune: Oh nice. What about you.
(Y/N): Well I'm a rattlesnake faunus so I have this minigun rattle.
I then show off the rattle and spin the barrels.
(Y/N): I also have gauntlets that have flamethrowers on them.
I show those off and shoot a little bit of fire.
Jaune: What happened to your real rattle?
I started to have flashbacks of my childhood
(Y/N): I rather not talk about it.
(Y/N): Well it's getting dark out so we better head inside. Do either of you know the way.
Ruby: I was following you.
Jaune: Same.
(Y/N): Oh boy.
Timeskip
We finally got to where we were supposed to be at and we were walking around until.
Yang: Ruby, (Y/N) I saved you a spot.
Ruby: Sorry Jaune but we have to go.
(Y/N): You go on ahead Ruby I'll join you after this.
Ruby: Ok.
She ran off leaving Me and Jaune
Jaune: You could have went with her.
(Y/N): Yeah but I'm not leaving a friend behind by himself.
Last timeskip
After Professor Ozpin fave his speech we were told to go to the ballroom for the night.
When we got to the ball room I looked around and I eventually saw Yang and Ruby so I said by to Jaune and walked over to them.
(Y/N): Hey.
Yang: Hey little bro.
Ruby: Hey.
(Y/N): What are you doing Ruby?
Ruby: I'm writing to my friends at Signal.
(Y/N): Ok.
Yang: Hey who's that over there.
I looked to where she's pointed and I saw Blake there.
Ruby: Oh she helped me out earlier, she left before I could thank her and (Y/N)'s rattle was shaking for some reason.
Yang: Let's go talk to her then.
I then started to mentally panic.
(Y/N): You go ahead I'll stay here.
Yang: Ok.
They leave as I sigh in relief. I look over to them as they talk to her but I do I get quick flashbacks of the abuse I went through because of her but they soon stop when they come back.
After sometime we finally go to sleep with me curled up against Yang because I'm cold blooded. And can only imagine what the next day will bring.
