No one POV The trigger was pulled. Everyone down below of Y/n. They all screamed. They saw a girl fall down from the building. Blood everywhere. She landed dead on the ground. Rin and yukio were shocked to see. They both went wide-eyed.
The girl who was at the top of the building was shaking. She turned to see who was next to her. It was Kody... holding
a gun..
* flashback *
Kody POV I saw Y/n's goodbye text. I then didn't understand and went wide eyed. This was sent at 9:00. I ran to my dad's room. With my puffy red eyed from crying. Dad was frozen I shook him and he looked dead inside, he looked at me. " What's wrong son..." He said emotionless I showed him my text. He then went wide-eyed " She's going to commit suicide!" Dad said He got up and ran past me " N-no she's not." I said running after him We were at the bottom to the stairs and he stopped and turned around and looked at me " Oh yeah? Why else would she say this?" he said " Cara... Why else was Y/n here? Why else would she go off on me suddenly? How else would she have known about the secret?" I said " Cara is causing this!" I said We then heard police sirens. I lowkey panicked and ran following the sound of the sirens. I ran faster and faster.
* a couple of minutes later* It's 9:55 I looked up. A huge crowd had formed and I saw a girl.. Y/n please no. The police tried to tell her to come down but she wouldn't. Dad was now next to me I felt something in my hand. I saw a gun. I looked back up at dad " Use it..." Dad said I nodded running into the school. No one noticed due to the attention up top. I ran up the stairs. I heard her shouting words, I didn't care enough to listen. I want to save her life the door was already busted down so I ran out. Cara was near her. But Y/n pulled the trigger at the same time I did.
* End of flashback*
Kody POV I saw her fall off the building due to the bullet. In her back. I shot cara... In her back. She fell forward, People screaming from shock and it's a body. I looked up and saw Y/n... She was shaking she looked over at me I dropped the gun I mumbled " You were scared..." She stepped back and dropped the gun. I ran to her pulling her into my embrace. I held her tight. She was shaking. Shaking from shock and fear. I had just killed a person for the first time. I buried my face into Y/n's hair. She finally hugged me back shaking less.
I pulled back a little to see her tear stained face. I smiled wiping her tears away. " Why did I even leave you?" I said brushing the hair from her face. " I-i-im sorry kody.." she said I shook my head " Don't be, This isn't your fault. None of this is." I said I then kissed her forehead and she snuggled into me making me smile slightly
I heard footsteps and turned slightly to see the police, ambulance and Fireman here.
This is gonna be a long night now.
* Time skip to morning *
Y/n POV Last night. I won't forget now, I don't think I ever will actually. The police asked me thousands of questions. I told them everything that happened. I told why and how. It made them shake a little. I told when I even first got my powers.
They still go by the same rule though, if I use my powers I have to be eliminated. But I haven't so I'm fine. I'm back at home now, rin and yukio and me cried our eyes out. They were worried sick that I had died. But what really shocked me...
Was that Cara was shot in the back. From that bullet, she stumbled forward and then tripped off the school rooftop. A lot of people were shocked and posted it all over the internet, they called it ' A Shocking Death' I wasn't phased. It was very shocking to me. Calla and Cara are dead. The police contacted others to see if there were any others, friends or family. Or even pets. Cara was the only one in the list.
I'm actually free from that, but Kody. Kody is the one thing I want fixed I also got a new phone, due to the one I broke. I called kody " Hello?" he picked up " Hey.." I said " Oh uh, hey Y/n. " he sounded awkward " I-i want to do something, with you." I said " Y/n.. don't you think we are a little young?" He said chuckling I blushed hard " What!? N-no! I-i-i just want to see if our relationship would work out! Ya know, unlike last time!" I said blushing harder by the second " So basically, you wanna try again?" he said " Y-yes." I said " Oh yeah, there's someone at the door for you. Forgot to tell you that. I gotta go bye." He said hanging up instantly I got extremely confused I heard a knock and went to the door and opened it getting a immediate kiss on the lips. I pulled back. " W-what the!? Kody!?" I said slightly shocked " What? You surprised?" he said laughing I rolled my eyes letting him in " Why are you even here?" I said " I was actually on the way to ask you, If you wanted to try again. But you beat me to it." He said shrugging leaning against the wall " Wait so you do?" I said now in front of him " Did you pay attention to what I just said? " He said I pouted I mumbled yes and he quickly spun me around and pinned me against the wall I blushed hard " Well wanna be my girl again?" he asked I nodded slowly he smirked and leaned in and kissed me hard he mumbled against my lips ' I'm making you mine and forever mine' I blushed and he pulled back picking me up
" K-Kody!" I said blushing " Brothers home?" he said I shook my head He smirked again carrying me to my room
