Two stalkers who are stalking each other find out that they are stalking each other and become best friends. Then for some reason they have to team up to take down the government and at the end they become super best friends. Like their conversations would be like,
"I can't do this!"
"Yes you can!"
"You really believe in me?"
"No, I've been stalking you for months and I've seen you do this a hundred times!"
"You got me there."
