A few of my dad's men got out their car shooting it was a full on gun fight for about 20 mins till the ones that were left got in their cars pulling off I held my side running to my dad

He picked him up carrying him to the car

Kj POV

I put my dad in the car speeding I tried to keep as much pressure on his chest as I could I was shot in my side and my vision was going in and out

"No no no dad open your eyes" I screamed slapping his face

He looked up at me with heavy eyes I started crying

"Stay with me dad ok were almost there"

He jus nodded his head

I stopped infront of the hospital grabbing my dad the nurses came running

I collapsed in front of the hospital and that's the last thing I remember

I got a call from my mom telling me about my dad and Kj I sat on the ground crying

Junior ran to me sitting on my lap

He wiped her face hugging her

August POV

I sat by my brothers bed praying that him and king get out of here alive

I knew I shouldn't have let him stayed I should've stayed behind not him and because of that they're laying in hospital beds fighting for their lives

Marley called me

"hello"

Marley;how are they

"Kj is fine king is still in surgery "

I could tell she'd been crying

Marley:do they think dad going to make it and be honest august

"i honestly don't know they haven't told me anything other than he was shot 2times"

I could hear her sniffling

"Stop crying Marley ,he's going to be ok "

Marley: you don't know that august !!

"Imma go talk to the doctor and call you back ok, just calm down Marley"

It got quiet on the phone

"You aren't breathing right you need your inhaler"

Marley:I can't find it

"Marley "

Marley:I can't august ,I think it's in the car

"Marley you need to calm down and take deep slow breaths , like you used to do as a child ".
