Juilliard was everything and more than Shay could've ever dreamed of. The whole campus fit her taste, their programs were absolutely perfect for her, and she was already really compatible with some of the students there. I dare say that the college was made for her.

She was still ranting excitedly about it as we walked into our hotel room. She continued even as Gaby and I collapsed on the bed.

We were basically running around the school the whole day; Shay kept dragging us to every cool new thing she found on the campus, which was pretty much everything.

"We know Shay," Gaby sighed exasperatedly, her voice muffled from the pillow covering her face. "We were there with you, remember?"

Shay gasped and pretended to look offended.

Gaby patted her head from her lying down position. "S'okay, dear. We already know how amazing it is. You've been telling us since middle school, remember?"

I chuckled, remembering all of the times Shay would obsess over Juilliard.

I looked over at the digital clock.

"Okay guys, we're supposed to be at the boys' room in 20 minutes."

Gaby popped up quickly from the bed with the same expression as Shay. "20 Minutes?!" they both yelled at me before scurrying off to get ready, making me laugh.

They both gave me a weird look. "It's nothing! It's just that you guys must be really into them if you spend so much effort to impress them.." I suggested.

They might not have put in as much effort as yesterday, but they were still dressed pretty nicely with an obvious effort. We were going to a hotel room okay. A HOTEL ROOM.

"Psh'ya, well they are famous international superstars," Gaby defended as she applied her eyeliner, not admitting that there was one famous international superstar in particular she was dressing for.

I wonder if she even knew; maybe it was subconscious that she was prettifying herself for him.

I remembered all the new tweets we got when we checked this morning. Gaby had about 500 new followers and Shay had about 700- all from Liam's one tweet last night. Gaby and Shay got lots of tweets telling them how pretty they were, and amazingly even I got a couple of them. We all had dozens of friend requests on Facebook.

All 3 of us got questions about how we met One Direction from classmates and strangers alike. We decided to ignore them for a bit; we already got a couple of unnecessary hate tweets and certainly didn't want any more.

"Besides, Anne, not all of us have a Seth Callogot waiting for us back home," Shay said, winking at me as she smacked her lips together, admiring her newly applied red lipstick in the mirror.

I blushed. "I-I.. Okay, Seth..he barely even knows I exist, alright?

Seth was the guy I've had a crush on since basically the 5th grade. We did a science project once and we were actually able to make a lot of civil talk. As expected, ever since the project was done, we'd never so much as met eyes in the hall once. Of course, that may just be because I always look straight ahead whenever he passes by (which, btw, wasn't easy with Gaby and Shay taunting me and poking at my sides).
