It's impossible, to not fall in love.
And with a thousand of girls, I guess your eyes are the ones I loved looking at the most.
"Hyung, the car's parked already. Let's go out now, we don't want to be late to our fansign." Dino shook me back to reality. I raised my eyebrows as I nodded my head before coming out of the vehicle.
Our group entered at the back entrance of the building before going straight to the designated room of our fansign event.
As soon as we entered the room, my eyes searched for a pair of amber ones. The same amber eyes i've been staring at every fansign event we have. My hands waved at each and every fan who called me out, still there was no sign of her.
Is she not attending today? I thought. Then as if on cue, the doors open to reveal her presence. She walked shyly back to her seat, just beside her friend before waving a banner at me. I smiled and waved at her way, but not too obviously, as to not cause an issue with the other fans.
The staff then directed us to seat to our respective seats. I was assigned at the end of the table—again; the worst place, for me. It's torture, really. I have to wait a long time before I could interact with her. On the other hand, I'll be the last one she'll meet.
If only she knew how special she is for me.
I sat there and waited. I waved to a few fancam cameras and did some fan service. Mingyu sat beside me so the whole fandom had their eyes on us, waiting for an interaction. Yes I know about the pairing—heck everyone in seventeen knows. But it doesn't much bother us, we were warned beforehand anyways.
My attention shifted to the fan before me. I signed her album copy then interacted a bit. I then observed the other members interactions with the other fans. I giggled at the sight of vernon talking to each and every fan in a very flirty way. I really don't know how fans haven't noticed it, but vernon always flirted during fan meetings like this. It's obvious how he stares to girls so much, and it shifts when there's a fan boy. Everyone mocks him for it but he's half proud, saying it's not his fault he has "good genes."
I then met with the fans kneeling in front of me as I wait for her turn.
As I have met a few—maybe even a lot—of fans, I then saw her at the end, starting her time with us. I felt excitement rushing up my blood, and my heart started to beat faster. What should I say when it's my turn? How are you? Are you enjoying our comeback? Is my new style okay? Heck do I even have a new style? And before I know it, she kneeled before me with eyes glistening as she smiles. She can't do the eye smile thing, but her eyes still looked like it was smiling.
"안녕하세요 오빠~~" (Hello oppa~~) My heart started to beat faster, she looks so cute calling me oppa and all. "Hey, how are you?" I asked—almost instantly—panicking a bit as I signed her album. "I'm fine, thanks for asking! You look so handsome without any heavy eye makeup." I felt my ears and cheeks suddenly burn at the compliment.
I laughed a bit as I rubbed my nape. "Ahh, thank you! You look cuter with short hair now. I remember it being long." She cupped both of her cheeks—now it's her turn to shy away from my statement. She giggled a bit that filled my stomach with butterflies. "Thanks oppa~ ah my time has ended. Good luck on your promotions oppa! 사랑해요~" (i love you~) My heart stopped at her statement. I felt sad as her time ended but my sadness was soon followed with a shock. Even though a lot of fans have said it to us a lot of times, but coming from her, it's just so different.
The fan meeting then soon ended, not a lot of fans came, maybe it's because it's scheduled on a weekday and in the morning. But nevertheless, we're still grateful. I looked at her way then waved one last time before leaving the room with the rest of the members.
