Shikamaru x Naruto

After math

SHIKAMARUS POV_ it's been weeks since that...."event" with naruto and I haven't been able to talk to him about it so see if it actually means something. he has been training very hard for the up coming chuning exams I don't blame him. I really need to talk to him, because I need him to know my true feelings, I have held kept them secret for 16 years to long (yes I made them "older" so it wouldn't be weird when we got to the....smexyness;).

I will confront him and today In fact. I just wait for him to finish his train then I will ambush him from the trees when no one is around so he will HAVE to listen to me. It may seem a bit...much but I see it fit since he IS training why not keep him on his toes*smirks evilly*.

NARUTOS POV_ "AAAAH finally done with todays training, I have to work hard if I want to be hokage some day!" I say as I begin to approach a tree Line where there is a hidden short cut back to the village. As I was on my way over to the short cut I hear a rustling in the trees I am on edge for a minute then I just shrug it off as the wind. I soon come to regret that decision when I am tackled to the ground by an unknown force. "How you doin...hun" I hear from behind me sending a certain kind of shiver down my spine.

"Sh-shikamaru is that you?" I ask "who else would it be kitten... no one can catch you off guard as easily as me....hun" he whispers in my ear "Shikamaru I h-h-have to get back to the village and rest I have a l-lot of training tomorrow" I say in a strained voice "oh no no no kitten your gonna answer a few of my questions first...."

SHIKAMARUS POV_ I let naruto up, I soon notice a little uuu problem down below  "u-um you can go take care of THAT if you need" shikamarusays with a slight tint of pink on his face"o-o-oh....". Oops I didn't know that would happen but oh well. I smirked and decided to play along so I could get more fun out of it " oh how dirty naruto I only just came here to talk but I guess we could have fun too" he just blushes and turns away to go fix his...problem in private. before he was completely out of ear shot I yelled "and you better come back hun or your in for a punishment...".

NARUTOS POV_ after me and shikamarus little encounter I am here...in a bathroom...fixing things....and that's not even the worst part I have to go back meaning I can't avoid being in this same situation again...and again...and most likely a third time to. I had been trying to avoid shikamaru for the past weeks because I am to embarrassed about the sleep over incident that happens at Inos, I just thought he was going to treat me the same after it was all over and go back to being the "god narutos so annoying I wish he would just go away...what a drag" I say with a mocking expression (yes he was doing this all while trying to fix his boi if ya know what I mean).

I had finished up in the bathroom and was walking slowly back to the place that shikamaru was waiting for me so that I could brace myself for what was to come. "He's probably here to tell me that I'm not his type and I was just his "toy" that night" naruto whispers ruefully to himself.

I finally made it back to the point shikamaru was waiting for me and sure enough he was still there crouching with his hands in a triangle formation...thinking? I get there but he doesn't seem to notice me arrive, so I go over to try and get his attention for us to continue are discussion. "Shikamaru" I say as I tap his shoulder " yes....kitten" he says acknowledging me I was took in aback and started blushing "could you...not call me that ALL the time it's kinda I don't know weird since ya know that was only a one night thing I assume..." I say as I look away. that comment got his attention because he looked up at me in shock and sadness "is that all it was to you naruto..." he whispered now it was my turn to be shocked "why do you look so sad I thought I was just your toy that night" Naruto says looking away. I felt a warm hand on my face I so desperately wanted to lean into that warm comforting hand but I knew I shouldn't just so it will hurt less. "Naruto look at me" he's says in a soft voice but I keep my head turned "naruto look at me...!" He says with a little more meaning causing me to turn my head his direction. As soon as I made eye contact I felt a soft par of lips conect with mine and it wasn't a lustful kiss it was a carful loving kiss that I soon melting into. He soon pulls away " know do you believe that was no one night stand..." i-i love you naruto I have since the first time we met all those years a go, I haven't ever stoped" he said while look like he was on the verge of tears.

SHIKAMARUS POV_ naruto didn't answer and I was scared for a time that he didn't share the same feelings until... he kissed me with the most love and passion I could have ever hoped for....he was all mine and no one else could lay a finger on my Naruto.

Sorry most of these story's are quite late and short it's just my time limit is a thing because of school and all that other GLORIOUS stuff if ya know what I'm sayinXD I
Edited: ok guys I know this has taken me fucking what seems like years to get done let's my editor apparently "can't edit on a table" blah blah blah, so I decided to edit it myself. I hope it's was not to messy to enjoy!
