Izaya's POV
Mommy didn't wake me up this Moring she let me sleep in cause it snowed the night before and schools were closed. I didn't mind it though I'm like my mom I like to sleep we take naps together after she sings me to sleep. "Izaya wake up your mommy and daddy left to go to the store" I heard my uncle's voice as I slowly opened my eyes. "I'm up I'm up uncle Blake" I said  as I sleeply got up and stretched. As my feet hit the cold floor my window flung open from a high wind and my uncle closed it. "Sure is cold out there today huh Izaya" I nodded as I looked through my closet and got warm cloths from my closet and my uncle helped me get dressed. We went outside to play in the snow I had brought my bunny with me I didn't go anywhere without it. "Uncle Blake can we build a snowman" I asked as I faced my uncle "sure Izaya let's build a snowman". Me and uncle Blake started putting together the snowman when mommy and daddy showed up.

Kat/Evelyn's POV
Me and carter just got home not to long after it looked like Blake and Izaya came outside. Me and carter took in groceries and watched Blake and Izaya from the kitchen window as we both smiled and he held my waist his touch was so warm and welcoming. "She's lovely like her mother" he whispered into my ear "but has the charm of her father" I said. We heard a gun shot then Izaya screamed and we looked out the window to see Blake hit the ground bleeding from his side as a gun was pointed at Izaya. My eyes glowed and I put my hand out as the person froze in place as I walked outside. "How dare you point a gun at my daughter the war is over vampires and  humans have gone there separate ways". I threw the man into the snowman as he used a smoke bomb and vanished. I helped carter get Blake into the house and went back out to get Izaya while carter tended to Blake. "Izaya dear it's getting closer come in" I saw her looking at the blood in the snow as I put my hand on her shoulder and she jumped a little bit. "What's wrong sweetie" I asked her as I looked at the snow "nothing mommy just worried". I smiled and hugged her facing away as my eyes glowed and a pile of snow fell ontop of the blood.
