Zeus the king of the Gods saw what war turns humans into. Ares's influence over the humans was strong. It was Ares's fault why humans rage war on each other. Zeus loves his son though. He would never do anything to hurt him, but he needs to learn a lesson. Ares has made a dark spot in all humans hearts and that makes them greedy and want to kill. He saw what both World Wars have made the world into. No more! No more will people rage war with each other. They will live peacefully and in harmony. There need not war. After thinking about it for a long time, he decided that he would banish Ares to earth with suppressed powers. Zeus will give him a chance to be able to come back to Olympus though. He will talk to the Fates and have them make Ares a fated. Only his fated will break the banishment when she fully accepts who he is.
Later
The Fates were in their cave where they usually are. They were admiring their work on a tapestry.
"Fates I have a proposition for you."
"What is it Zeus?" They said in unison.
"I am planning on banishing Ares to earth for a while and I was wondering if you would make him a fated love."
"Hmmm what is in it for us?"
"With her influence Ares should calm down and cause no more wars. There will be many more lives to play with."
"Yes, we can create a girl for him but we need a few years to perfect her. She will then grow up in the human world so she will respect humans. It needs to be years in the making."
"He needs to learn his lesson so a few years to wander will do him good. Thank you ladies."
Zeus left and only the Fates remained. They searched for Ares's thread and after looking for a while they found it. It had been knotted several times with his affairs with Aphrodite. It was still a magnificent blood red and they searched for a perfect match. They finally found a beautiful ocean blue that will nicely pair and they put it near Ares's thread. They will need it later. Making a fated needs a lot of power so much that it will need a while to make. She also needs to be perfect for him and they are starting to come up with ideas for her.
They thought and thought until they all agreed and they went to work.
