A cold breeze awoke my as I put my feet on the cold wooden floor and got up . I look to my left as I saw the window open  I walk over to it and close the window. I looked at the window it had rain drops on it as I look closer I could see myself a long blonde strip of  hair covered my ice blue eye . ' I'll be here for you no matter what ' a soft voice rang in my ear . I didn't see the tear roll down my face but I felt it . As I walked to the bathroom to look in the mirror to see my eyes all most bloodshot. I got my clothes to go to work

No no no '   . I was stopped when I felt someone's hand was on my shoulder. As I turn around to see how it was it was one of my coworkers Chris " hey kass how's your day " he said cheerfully " good " I said my lips former a small smile .

Chris and I new each other for a long time we are the youngest detectives I snap out of my thoughts when he waves his hand in front of my face saying " hay kass you their " "yay " I said loud enough so he can her me .
