Naira was making dinner when her phone rang. Naira picked the call.
"Ciao! Naira Singhania." Naira spoke.
"Umm...Hi I'm Purvi. We met in morning." Purvi spoke from the other side.
"Hey hi. How's aunty?" Naira asked.
"Mumma is fine. Actually the thing is...I wanted to ask if you are free tomorrow?" Purvi asked.
"Yes I'm free. What happened?" Naira asked.
"Actually I'm here for some official work. I didn't want that Mumma and Anjali should be get bored. Can you help me out?" Purvi requested.
"Yes For sure I'll. No issues. I'll pick your Mumma and make sure she's comfortable and enjoying." Naira agreed.
They talked for a while and the call disconnected.
Naira started making dinner again. She took the dinner and went in hall where her little one was watching his favourite Tom & Jerry.
"My little shin chan come here." Naira shouted.
Karna came running and jumped on his seat. Naira dialled a number.
The call was picked within 2-3 rings.
"Good evening." Naira wished.
"Good evening Mrs Singhania." He smiled.
"KARTIK! It's Naira." Naira corrected him.
"Mrs Singhania. I love to call you Mrs Singhania." Kartik teased her.
"Bye then." Naira was abt to cut the call.
"I love you." Kartik smiled.
"Oh I believed." Naira mocked.
"Mrs Singhania I love you. I miss you." Kartik confessed.
"I love you too. Karna too loves you." Naira looked at Karna who was busy munching kachoris as if the next day kachoris will disappear.
"Did you eat something?" Kartik asked.
"Same question!" Naira asked.
"No I didn't. I wasn't feeling hungry." Kartik shrugged his shoulders.
"Kartik I told you that you have to eat your breakfast,lunch and dinner properly when you go out for work. I'll not listen to this stupid excuse that you weren't hungry. Did you hear that? Now talk to me once you eat." Naira cut the call in anger.
Kartik called again after 2 minutes. Naira picked the call.
"I'm in restaurant only. Just going to eat." Kartik went to counter to place order.
Naira heard people around placing their orders. Kartik placed his order and went to his table.
"Now you too eat." Kartik knew Naira wouldn't have eaten anything.
It was their routine. If Kartik was out for work then Naira used to call him 3 tines and ask him if he ate something or not. When she would be sure that Kartik ate,then only she used to touch food.
"I'll eat...you start eating yours Mr Singhania." Naira chuckled.
Naira and Kartik ate dinner together. They were apart physically but mentally and by heart they were together always.
