I walk up the steps carrying a box labeled 'Laputa', I walk into the dorm building and up the stairs to room 321, I open the door to see my younger sister Amy on my bed, With her shoes on. I swiftly close the door and ask, "Why are you on my bed with shoes?" She responds with a simple "I dunno,". She processed to hop down and walk up to me, "What's in the box?" She puts a finger on the outside of the box, "My new fursuit," I place to box down, "Cool!" She smiles. Amy is the only other one in my family who is a furry. "Open it!" She lightly bounces in her place. "Okay, Okay," I carefully take off the tape, and open the box, on top was a note, it read

'Thank you for your purchase! this one was fun to make! ~Lucy's Fursuits'

I reach my hand in and take out a bag, I open the bag and take out the feet, then the paws, then the body, then the tails, and finally the head. Amy looks inside the box, "Look! there is a stuffed Laputa!" she reaches in and grabs the mini Laputa. "Do you want it?" I smile, Amy looks at me "Really?" a smile grows on her face, "Yeah!" I smile, "Thank you!" she hugs it, "I have one more thing for you" I reach under my bed, "It's only one the tail...but here" I open the box and hand Amy a blue tail. "Wow! Thanks Sis!" She hugs me. "It's for your birthday, I know I missed it. So here is your gift," I hug her back. "It's okay! It was the teacher that planned your test on my birthday," She mumbles

Just then my phone rings, I leave the hug and answer it. It was dad. "Oh, Hi Dad!" I stand up and pace around my room, "I'm here to pick Amy up!" He sings, "Okay Ill bring her down," I smile. "Okay! See you two then!" He hangs up.

"Dad is here to get you," I shove my phone in my pocket. Amy sighs. "I wanted to stay longer," She mutters. "You will see me next weekend. Now come on Dad is waiting" She stands up and grabs the mini Laputa, we walk downstairs and meet up with Dad,

"Hey Anna!" He walks up to me and hugs me, "Hey Dad" I smile, "Ill have to talk to you later tonight, Aaron's babysitter has to leave soon," My dad leaves the hug, "Bye Dad, Bye Amy," I wave to them until I can't see them anymore.

I walk back into the dorms and enter the floor 3 common room. On the couch sat Mitch, Lila, and Ethan. Mitch turns to me "Anna! Come on play some rounds with us!" He calls. I smile and grab a game controller.

"So you guys going to the local furry meetup?" Lila asks. "Yep!" Ethan shouts while reaching for his drink. "Hey Anna. I saw you with a box with your fursona's name. did you get a new suit?" Mitch asks. "Oh! Yeah I did, but I'm not letting you see it until the meetup" I smile, "Fair. Okay then," Lila smiles. I stab Ethan's character, "UGH" he slumps back, "Are you becoming one with the couch?" I jokingly ask. "Yes," He jokingly spits.

"Well I'm going to get going," I stand up and walk into my room, I put on pajamas and crawl into my bed, I scroll through social media for a bit, my eyes get heavy, I put my phone on my nightstand and fall asleep.
