Part 2 - Forth's Mistake

- present time 3 months after ch.4 - 

"What do you mean!? How the fuck did they find him?!" Pha was furious

"He got caught for drugs, not the diamond, he'll get bail," Mark (uncle) said.

"He's not getting bail, he's being sentenced to 3 years in jail," Beam said watching the police reports role in about Forth. 

Let's see how Forth got into this mess...

- Flashback to 1 week ago - 

Forth was walking around the city, alone, at night. He was on his way back to the hideout when he spotted a few friends of his from high school, they didn't know 'Red Diamond Forth' they knew 'EX-Drug Dealer Forth' so when they saw him they immediately asked him to join them for the night. A few drinks and some drugs later Forth passes out and the cops are called. Forth's 'friends' left him with a bunch of drugs and money making it look like Forth was the dealer when he wasn't. The cops wouldn't listen to him and now he's being sentenced 3 years in jail on 3 counts, 

1. Drug Possession and Dealing

2. Public intoxication

3. Theft of Money and Drugs

Things aren't looking good for Forth and he knows that, Pha is gonna be pissed off, and he's probably losing BeamKit's and the Gang's trust. Forth regrets it, he really does and he feels like shit for leaving Pha behind like this. 

"You get one call, make it a good one, remember you're not getting bail so don't ask for any," The warden said and handed Forth a phone. 

Forth immediately called Pha and told him that he wouldn't be back for a while, he didn't say why or what was happening he was just telling Pha he may not be back for a while. 

"Baby, just wait for me, Ok? I promise when I come back I'll take you out on a date, yeah... I love you, see you in a bit," Forth said while on the phone with Pha. Pha was confused and kept asking questions that Forth couldn't answer. The warden took the phone and hung up before Forth could say anything, Forth was sad, pissed off mainly. He already misses Pha and its been a day since he's seen him. 

 - Present Day - 

"So Forth's in jail?" Pha asked, 

"Sadly, he'll be there for 3 years, I can get you in to visit him but it'll be hard considering you're wanted too," Kit said. 

Pha just sighed and went to his room and laying down on the bed just wishing this was all a bad dream and that Forth didn't just get arrested and is gone for 3 years. A few hours later Pha got a call from an unknown number. 

"Hello?" Pha asked and was just really tired, you could tell he was crying. 

"Baby boy, why are you crying?" Forth asked and Pha instantly became really happy. 

"How'd you call me? aren't you in a cell now?" Pha asked and Forth said yes, he stole a phone off the guard.

"I love that that's your talent babe," Pha said, they aren't dating they just act like it, they're basically dating though they just haven't put a label on it yet. 

"I love my talents too baby," Forth said and they talked for HOURS before Forth had to hide the phone. 

This isn't so bad, just 3 years of this and PhaForth will be fine.
