On The Run - PhaForth

Pha's been distant lately, after him and Forth became official boyfriends a few days ago, Pha just stopped talking to him. He's not mad at Forth or anything it's just that he's too busy right now. Pha is almost ready to graduate college and it's stressing him out so much to the point where he won't even leave his room. BeamKit are worried but Forth is worried more since no matter how hard he tries Pha ignores him and won't leave his room.

"Baby, can you come out to eat please?" Forth asked knocking on Pha's door hoping he would come out today.

Pha got up from his desk and opened the door looking up at Forth just looking very tired, basically dead, and REALLY sleep deprived. Forth just gave Pha a small smile and hugged him tightly when Pha hugged him and started crying just because he's so stressed out about school and stuff.
Forth just hugged the younger and walked into his room laying down with Pha and just helping him clam down a bit.

"Get some sleep baby, I'll take you out to dinner later," Forth said and kissed the top of Pha's head and pulled the blankets over him. Pha was already asleep before Forth and him even made it to the bed.

- a couple hours later -

Forth and Pha were both asleep when there was pounding on their bedroom door. Neither of them woke up until Forth was picked up and dragged away from the bed by cops. The cops had finally found them.

"What's going on?!" Forth asked as he watched Pha being handcuffed and dragged out of the room.

"They finally found us!" Pha yelled as he was being dragged away and into a cop car.
The cops holding Forth back handcuffed him as well and another searched his pockets for any weapons/drugs.

"What's this?" She asked pulling a chain out of Forth's pocket, the red diamond was shinning in the dim light of Pha's room.

"The Red Diamond, we found Forth!" Another (rookie) cop said as Forth was dragged out to the same car as Pha.

Pha had a blank face, no emotions, nothing, until Forth was placed in the car and he (pha) started crying a bit and leaned on Forth while working on getting out of his cuffs. Pha is an escape artist when it comes to handcuffs.

"Where's Beam and Kit?" Pha asked,

"We're right here Pha," Kit said he was the one driving the cop car, Beam got into the passenger seat.

"We're going to jail still aren't we?" Forth asked

"Unfortunately, but I'm pulling strings, you two will be cell-mates, we're putting you into a fancier part of the facility, pulling all the strings to get you two into  'better' living conditions for the next 7 years, Forth you'll get out first, you're only staying 5 years, Pha you're staying 7," Beam said as they drove to the police station station

"Make sure you put the handcuffs back on when we get there," Kit added knowing that Pha got out of his and was getting Forth out of his too.

"I will, it's not my first time doing this," Pha said, Forth nodded along agreeing with that.

Pha hugged Forth and was shaking, he was scared to be going back to prison, Forth was fine he survived just fine alone in there no one wants to mess with him. But now he's not alone, he's gotta protect Pha, his adorable boyfriend.

"Oh, you can still work on your school stuff, there's a online-college all the inmates who are trying to become 'normal citizens' again are doing, I'll get your lap top from the  evidence lab later," Beam said.

Forth hugged Pha and kissed the top of his head calming him down.

"I'll protect you, don't worry," Forth said and hugged the smaller when he ended up sitting on Forth's lap while hugging him.

"We'll be ok, just stay by my side the whole time, I've got a guy in there who will keep you safe while I'm gone, he's there for life so don't worry about him leaving you," Forth said.

"Is it your brother?" Pha mumbled,

"It is," Forth said,

"You have a brother?" Kit asked

"Yeah, i don't like talking about it," Forth said and that was the end of the discussion.

- hours later -

"Welcome to your home for the next 5-7 years," the warden said as cops pushed Forth and Pha into their cell and slamming the door shut and locked it sence it was 3 am and inmates have to be in their cells from 11pm-7am.

"Ow.." Pha mumbled once the officers left, he was thrown against the wall when they pushed them in.

"You alright?" Forth asked and sat on the very uncomfortable bed and making Pha sit on his lap.

"Yeah, just hit the wall too hard," Pha mumbled and hugged Forth just overall scared and in pain at the moment.
Forth kissed the smaller and they fell asleep for the night.
