(Third Person POV)

As the sun started to rise into the sky, the house that everyone stayed in started to wake up. Very few came out of there rooms, though.

~~~
(Melissa's POV)
I crept out of my room slowly, trying to to make it squeek. Of course I get the one room that squeeks. I finally managed to close it, and I went down stairs to make breakfast for everyone. Knowing my family, pancakes was the usual meal. I looked around for the ingredients and quickly started to make them. Everyone would smell them soon enough, and when everyone came down it would be crowded.
I hate crowded places. It's never been something of can cope with. Why? I don't know.
I set out the plates on the table, with the syrup, butter, and forks. Taking my plate, I steadily walked to the stairs. I started going up.
(Lucinda's POV)
I walked out of my room to the scent of pancakes. And boy, they smelled good.
I walked down the long hallway (Aphmau insisted I took the room down the hallway) and made my way to the stairs. As I turned I bumped into something.
CRACK
I watched as someone fell down and dropped a plate, and the pieces of it went everywhere. I scrambled down to help the person whom hand was bleeding a little.
"Oh my gosh! I'm so sorry! Let me help you get fixed!" I helped her up, and then noticed who she was.
"It's ok. I-im fine" She winced. Well, Melissa did. She stood up looking at her hand and then back at the broken plate. And then she sighed as she stared at the pancakes.
"My pancakesss" She faked whined.
"Pancakes can wait! Your bleeding and it needs to be fixed." I took her uninjured hand and dragged her up the stairs to the bathroom.
Oh man, we surely woke everyone up. Unless they sleep like rocks.
I grabbed the first aid kit and pull out some bandages, wrapping her hand in it.
"That should help. Just don't pick at it or take it off for a little bit." I put everything away.
"Thanks you, was it Luci? Sorry, I'm not very good with names. " She watched me carefully. Almost like she was studying me.
"Lucinda. It's Lucinda, and don't worry. I get that a lot."
"Lucinda. Ok. Well I have to go clean that mess up now, maybe--"
I cut her off, "No, your hand hurts. I can use a quick spell to clean it up." I ran into my room and grabbed my spell book, then running back down to the mess. I found a spell that would clean it up and said it quickly.
(I don't know what to put, so insert your own words xD)
Now that everything was cleaned up, I walked into the dining room where Melissa, Aphmau, and Aaron's family were eating pancakes.
"Melissa, you know you've always made the best pancakes right?" Derek said with a mouthfull. It was funny and I stood by the doorway watching them.
That is a great family. I kinda wonder what it feels like.
That's not something to think about in such a happy place, now is it, Lucinda?
Screw you, inner thoughts! Don't remind me of what happened!
