a five year old jaeden sat on a park bench, watching the other kids play.
but his eyes linger to a curly head, who was looking at pretty roses, by the pixel tree.it was a short distance away from the park, but jaeden asked his mom anyway.
"mommy, can i go see the roses, over there?" jaeden asks.
"of course, hunny! just stay safe, and in view, okay?" she says, but jaeden's already running off.
jaeden stops when he gets to the tree, and feels nervous.
"hey!! your gorgeous!!!" and jaeden turns round to see the curly haired boy.
jaeden blushes and smiles.
"here." the boy says, pulling a rose, and popping it onto jaeden's hair.
jaeden smiles and asks; "what's your name?"
"oh, you speak," he chuckles, "its wyatt. and you?" he asks.
"jaeden." he softly speaks.
"suits you." wyatt says and kisses jaeden's warm cheek.
"can we be friends?" jaeden asks.
"of course, jae- jae!!" wyatt reply's, and interlocks their hands.
jaeden mom comes over, and smiles at the two boys.
"it's time to go jaeden! who's this boy?" she asks.
"that's wyatt, my best friend." jaeden reply's.
"aw, that's sweet. isn't he the boy you were saying was cute, earlier?" she asks her son.
jaeden blushes and wyatt chuckles.
"it's the other way around, jaedens mom!" he exclaims.
jaedens mom chuckles. "let me see if i can get your moms number, sweetie." wyatt points to his mom, and jaedens mom stumbles over to him.
let's just say, 10 years later, at the age of fifteen, they had grown closer ;))
