Chapter 4: The Reunion

Y/N POV:

It's been a few hours since I've gotten out of the plane.

It's not like I've never been out here, it's just Shinjuku is where I'll be fighting livestock for the first time.

All the other soldiers where seemed like they were all off for a afternoon stroll. I, on the other had was nervous but also excited.

I've waited years for this moment. And now I will destroy all my enemies.

The battle started fast. Many men died from both sides.

I felts like I underestimated these humans. There were stronger than I thought. But not strong enough. At least for me.

I took one by one. As I finish a human, I saw Mikaela off in the distance fighting a lieutenant.

Didn't stick too long to watch since a long red haired solider came towards me from behind. She fought with her fists instead of a sword so she was a bit more difficult than the others. But not impossible to defeat.

As she was blocking my sword with one hand, she went towards my face with the other. But I was too quick. I stop her fist inches before my face and crush it with all my might. She screams in pain falling to the ground.

I quickly aim my sword to her heart to kill her but my sword stops all of a sudden.

I look to see a rope tied around my hand and sword and hand. I turn to see a dark blue haired woman hold the other end of it.

"Sayuri!! Now!!" she says. I see some move from behind me.

Then appears a light brown haired woman, Sayuir was it, attacked me from behind. But she's too late. I grip tightly the rope around my hand and swing it with all my strength towards her. The dark blue haired woman goes flying towards Sayuri knocking them both to the group.

I turn to see the red haired get up and running towards me.

"I'm getting tired of these game. Let's just end this," I said as I point my sword towards her.

"Gladly," she saids as she swings her fist at me.

She misses again and when I see an opening, I swing my sword at her. The sword then slices slightly across her chest.

"Crap!" I said to myself. I wasn't close enough. I didn't kill her but she does fall on the ground going unconscious.

"MITO!!" I heard one of the human scream.

As I was just about to finish her, Sayuri comes charging at me with her sword, full with anger.

I laughed. Then human are stupider than I thought.

She was really weak compared to Mito. So I easily kicked her in the chest knocking her into a building, hopefully killing her in the process.

"God that was fun," I said to myself laughing.

"Let's do that agai—"

"YOU BASTARD IM GOING TO KILL YOU!!" someone said from behind, interrupting me.

As I turn to kill him, I freeze, my eyes widening when I see his face.

His face.

He came running towards me about to slice my throat when he took a good look at me and his eyes widen.

His sword stopped inches before my neck. Shock and sweat covering his face.

Those eyes.

Those violet eyes.

I've seen then before.

But where..?

We both stare at each other for what feels like hours when only seconds pass. Neither one of us say a word.

He then broke the silence.

And what he said next send shivers up my spine.

Here's a new chapter that took more than a year to complete. I was planning on post guren pov with this one but then it'll be too long so that'll be in the next chapter, whenever that is.
