I'm tired of fighting if I'm going to lose
So tell me if I'm not the one you're destined to choose
You made my day so easy to dream
And my night so much harder to sleep
I've completely fallen for you, I'm led to believe
But don't catch me if your love is cheap
Still, Darling, you're in my bloodstream
So even if you're not mine, I'm yours to keep
Locked away in my own, silent reverie
