I was falling, falling slowly. This is the day everything changed for the worse. I looked down from the never-ending sky to look for my twin, I know he was calling my name when I fell but now his not there. When I hit the ground everything went black. The next thing I remember is waking up to a bright light flashing in my eye.

When I was able to open my eyes, a few moments later. My mother was standing talking to the doctor I looked around for my brothers and they were not there.

"Mom, what's wrong?"  She ignored me and moved some hair out of my face. The light from the window started to get brighter. It got so bright that it was difficult to keep my eyes open.

When I opened my eyes, and slowly looked around I was back in my room that I shared with my twin. Luci was still sleeping, he was half off his bed, foot on the wall, snoring away. I rolled my eyes and made my way to him and fixed the blanket.

I made through the house, saw my moms door open meaning that she was at work. I headed into her bathroom because I can tell from the off-key singing of  Beautiful from Heathers, that Gabe was taken a shower. After his done Mike and Luci will fight over who gets the bathroom next. I fixed my dirty blonde hair, brushed my teeth and took a shower all before the rest of the boys got up.

As I left the bathroom Mike and Luci were fighting on the ground in front of our mom's room. Gabe (who was eating a dum-dum) stepped into it and held out his hand to help me cross. The two on the floor stopped for just a moment. As Gabe helped me across them I took his lollipop from him.

"How many times have I told you that not to eat candy for breakfast."

"I was hungry, and when I went downstairs to look for breakfast there was none there." He replied.

"So, make some." We walked downstairs, and as we walked away the two started to fight again.

"But that is so boring," Gabe said throwing himself down in his chair, I rolled my eyes. I started to make breakfast. When I was finished I turned to Gabe.

"Can you go get the others and tell them its time for breakfast?" Gabe gave an annoyed sigh and slide off his chair.

From the bottom of the steps, I could hear him scream, "MICHEAL, LUCIFER   HURRY UP!"

"Gabe that not what I meant," I said as he got back.

"Heaven, did you take your medicine this morning?" Mike asked he walked in. The room got quiet and very still. "Sorry, I know we are not supposed to talk about it but I just want to make sure that she stays as healthy as she can."

"This is stupid. We should not walk on eggshells because we are scared of the inevitable." Luci exploded.

"You're right, you shouldn't have to change your lives because  I am the sick one." I turned to my twin with pure anger. "I'm the one ruining  your lives, not because you can't keep your anger in check." I throw the towel down that I was using to clean the dishes and walked out of the kitchen.

"Wait Heaven that's not what I meant!" Luci chased after haven.

"He is an idiot, he doesn't even realize the damage he just caused," Mike angerly says.

"Mike, he didn't mean anything by it. He is just scared to lose his twin." Gabe replies. "He has not never  been with her, now he has to spend the rest of his life without her.

"He can't deal with it as we can. She has always been there to keep him in check, out of trouble, and now he has to do that all by himself." Gabe continues.

"We all have to deal with this, its taken a toll on all of our lives. Mom won't even come, you can't be the star of the school musical, Luci can't stay out of the detention, and I might have to quit the football team. " Mike said. Gabe shook his head his older brother was being very difficult.

"Micheal our baby sister is dying if we are lucky she will make it to their birthday. So yes I don't mind not being the lead in the play so I can spend some time with my sister before she is gone for good." After he was finished Gabe walked away, knowing that if he stayed to talk to Mike anymore that he would definitely start to cry frustrated tears.

Mike stay staring at the all the memories they tried to fill the house with to remind that teens that no matter what happens that they are still family and have each other's back. Even when the baby of the family passes on.
