In this fic Chat and Ladybug already know their secret identidies.

Adrien knew he shouldn't have gone on patrol. He'd been feeling sick all day but had gone anyway. He had wanted to see Marinette as he hadn't been able to see her for the past week, they had both been too busy. Adrien snapped out of his thoughts when he heard Marinette say "Chat? Are you ok, you look a little green."

Adrien swallowed and said through gritted teeth "I'm fine m'lady, just tired."

Marinette looked at him in disbelief before shrugging and continuing walking. "Do you want to go to the Eiffel Tower? I think we're allowed a bit of a break." Adrien nodded and started to run across the roof tops.

About halfway there Adrien stumbled and almost fell off the roof. "Are you sure your ok? You just slipped, that never happens."

Chat Noir slumped over and put his head in his hands. " I'm sorry. I just don't feel good." Adrien mumbled. L

adybug walked over to him and exclaimed, "You shouldn't have come on patrol! I would have been fine on my own."

"I know, 'm sorry. I just missed you and." Chat Noir looked like he was about to continue when he turned away, heaving.

"Oh Kitty. It's ok. Just try to breathe."

Chat rasped out "leave me alone." and tried to shove her away.

"Adrien, I'm not leaving." Ladybug said as she rubbed his back.

Chat Noir continued to heave but nothing came up. "Nothings coming up. I feel so bad and nothings coming up."

Ladybug sighed and said "I know you feel bad. Let's try and get you home. Maybe you'll feel better there?"

Chat shook his head and mumbled "No, I don't want to go to my house. I don't want my dad to see me like this.

Marinette nodded and stroked his hair. "That's ok. We can go to my house, my parents are on vacation." Ladybug hauled Chat Noir up and said "Alright, let's take this slow. Let me know if we need to stop." Once Ladybug felt him nod she started walking.
