Michael's P.O.V
After leaving the classroom, I head to the cafeteria. I sit down at my usual table. Grabbing my lunch out of my bag, I noticed the same mysterious girl from class. She looked vulnerable, and lost. I wave her over, to sit with me. I do not know what came over me, but I wanted to see her close up. She slowly walked over to me, being undesisive. She casualy sat across from me, putting her tray on the table.
Chloe's P.O.V
"Hello," he says to me in a very thick australian accent. "My names Michael."
"Hi," I say while opening my chocolate milk carton. He was staring at me, then I realized I didn't say my name. "Oh, My names Chloe."
"What a beautiful name," Michael says. I feel my cheeks flush.
"Thank you, yours is too. I mean cute, oh um I meant, nice name," I say embarresed. He starts chuckling.
"Why haven't I seen you before?" he questions me.
"I don't know, maybe because your never in class," I say, my voice getting softer. Michael was staring at me, seeming to be focused. I decided to change the subject. "What are you eating?"
Michael smirked, "Vegemite on toast. Don't you seem a little childish drinking chocolate milk?" he says. I quickly felt even more embarresed. "No, milk is for all ages." He chuckled.
"Whatever you say sweetheart," he says and bites into his sandwich. "Why did you call me here?" I say, challanging him. "Maybe because you looked lost, doesn't seem like you have friends," Michael says harshly. I felt hurt, "well nobody asked for your simpathy." Just then he got up and walked out of the cafeteria. "I was doing you a favor sweetie," he quickly says before exiting. I looked around the cafeteria to make sure no one else witnessed the scene. I quickly finished my food, then continued on with the day.

Last period, at last ! I thought to myself as I was making my way to my last class of the day. I kept thinking about Michael. He was such a duche, I thought. I was walking I saw Michelle Guzman. The most popular girl in Anchor High. I prepared myself for the words I was about to recieve.
"Hey nerdalot, how's it going?" she says, while her clones laughed.
"Leave me alone Michelle." I say as I tried to walk pass her. She didn't budge.
"Come on, four eyes. Have a little fun. Oh, I forgot. You wouldn't know what fun was if I looked you in the eyes," Michelle says giggling. Her clones cose behind. Michelle pushed me to the ground, and left with a simple, "Oops." The second bell rang, meaning I was late. My glasses were off my face, so I couldn't even see. Everyone was already in their classes, so I had no hope. I was stranded. I heard footsteps coming up behind me. I wiped the tears from my eyes that I didn't realize were there.
"Here you go," I hear a voice say. It was firmiliar and accented. I reached around and felt large smooth hands passing me my glasses. I quickly put them on and saw my resuer.
"Need my simpathy now?"
